Their worker said they could fix that. Now, after one year, my walls are leaking. Jaco stated that their warranty doesn't cover leaks from walls. The said they worker who told me this "doesn't work there anymore." I would not use them. I paid $10,000 of them to tell me it isn't covered and they could send someone else out for a quote.

Our quotes received from Primo have always been within reason of other companies but we've had much better luck getting Primo to show up to actually do the work and the crews actually take pride in cleaning up and not leaving hazardous debris around. You do get what you pay for and although Primo is not always the least expensive of my quotes, they are very competitive and at or below market average from other competitive quotes I've received. Primo is well worth the peace of mind that comes with using them as I've grown to not be concerned when James shows up that the right materials, right crew, quality work and quality cleanup will be handled as a professional company should. In the past I tried to use a couple craigslist and other B and C rated Angie's companies and I was amazed at the difference in quality of work you get with Primo. I honestly didn't save any money with the issues I had to fix on 2 of my rental properties from the cheaper quote Craigslist people. I actually ended up spending almost 25% more on the lower priced guys as they caused damage to installed products that i had to later have Primo come out to properly install and bail me out of jam. I had a roof on a rental property we own not be covered by warranty because a C rated angie's list company i took a chance on installed it wrong. In order to get a manufacturers' warranty for the siding, the manufacturer wanted a final sales receipt from Primo. But Primo didn't provide one. I guess James was too busy to drop it in the mail. How helpful! The contract included Debris Removal and Primo removed it, TWENTY ONE DAYS after final payment was made. Two stars, instead of one, because the crew who actually performed the installation did an excellent job. If I could have worked with them, instead of having to go through "Primo", this would have been a 5-star review. In our case "No Hassle" meant several passive-aggressive incidents that were completely unnecessary.
