Kevin did some fairly extensive work for me when the snowplows went crazy this winter mistaking my lawn for the road. I know that if I have questions going forward regarding the care and maintenance, he will be very responsive in getting back to me with the information. I highly recommend Ludwig's Seasonal Service.

Last year I spent about an hour walking around going over projects we wanted done last spring. Got a call in spring to meet to walk around again. Coorona hit and I couldn't get up there, but when I did, I called and didn't even get a call back. After this happened a few times, I finally got a return call, was told the original guy I talked to retired. Met the new estimator and once again spent an hour going over everything. He said he knew nothing about what we wanted done from the other guy. Never got a call back. Called about the lawn care and damages to our property. They were destroying our lawn and in other cases not even doing what we were paying them for. Tried to get someone to come out, I was told it would be the owner, but of course not one return call. Finally fired them and will have to pay for all the damages ourselves. You can see the quality of work in the pics.

Their estimator arrived on schedule within a day or two after calling the office. While they can't say exactly when they will arrive to take care of your trees on the estimate, they do provide a promise to complete the work within a set period of time. Our jobs were not urgent, but in an emergency I would trust them to come quickly. In terms of tending to the trees, they are fast, efficient and totally professional. They have the equipment to handle huge trees in difficult situations (on steep terrain or close to structures). It may not be cheap to take down and remove large trees that are threatening to topple on the roof of one's home--but it's worth every penny and a costs lot less expensive repairing your house!
