I'm in Hazelhurst. I first used Olson Landscaping a couple of years ago when I had my septic…read morefield installed and needed my lawn re-done. I got several quotes and Olson was the lowest price so I gave him the job. It was simple, and he did it right. This year I finished a major home renovation and needed retaining walls, and more extensive work. I called Mike again, and he suggested that we do the job on a time and materials basis so that I could see what he was doing and make changes as I saw the project develop. He did great work. He had some good suggestions. He installed a beautiful retaining wall made of large boulders. The job turned out great, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike Olson is an old school contractor.....He doesn't come in with glitzy plans. If you need that you might need someone else. But if you have a decent idea of what you want, he can get it done at a fair cost. I'll hire him for my next project.

They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). He determined we needed a part that he had back at his shop. He left and returned in another hour with the part. We've had issues previously with this furnace particularly the "zone valve." 4 different HVAC experts had been to our house before replacing zone valve after zone valve. Brian examined the furnace and he was able to determine that the issue was probably never the zone valve, but the wiring was never Installed properly.
