They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). New management or not, they kept the company name and I would think they would have historical files to know what sized pipes were used instead of asking me plumbing question, which I know absolutely nothing about. That is the appraiser didn't have to go in the building. On their first attempt they took a picture of the building so obstructed by trees one can barely identify the building. They also completely missed a detached two stall garage that included a bunkhouse on one and workshop on the other end. Had they driven in just a little further they could have turned around and seen the garage building. This appears to be a case of someone too lazy to do even an adequate job. They didn't take the time to do it right the first time, so they had to come back and do it a second time.
