If I could give this company 20 stars, I would. We had a houseful of company for the 4th of July…read moreholiday and our AC, which was still under warranty stopped cooling. We called the company that installed it and the technician that came out told us the warranty was voided because of rodent damage. There was no rodent damage. He could not figure out how to remove the cover off the unit in order to find the broken piece inside. After charging us over $200.00 for the call, he said he could sell us a whole new unit. We called Bramm for a second opinion and Sean came out and found the broken piece and then called Fujitsu and was informed that the part was available and still under warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty could not be transferred to another installer. We had absolutely no resolution from the original company so we hired Bramm to secure the part and fix our unit. We are thrilled that the unit is now up and running thanks to Sean and Bramms great work. We highly recommend this wonderful company for any of your heating or AC issues.

His work was first rate. Diagnosed the problem, made the needed repairs, gave me some great ideas on better operation and was finished in an hour. Thanks to the office for being able to promptly schedule us and the tech for doing a great job even with being a little under the weather. By 10:00 am, the…read moretechnician had arrived (the company had planned to assist "no heat" customers due to the very cold temps), the problems were diagnosed quickly, and a plan was put into action. We were given a written estimate, our new boiler will be installed tomorrow, and we've already received confirmation of that appointment. Given the cracks, leaks, and failed pumps the technician showed us today, we're completely confident in the advice we were given. We're eternally grateful and would highly recommend Dahlquist's services.

He FIXED MY A/C PROBLEM without issue! He was friendly and I could tell, knew his job well. He fixed the issue and I couldn't be happier! If you want to complain about the fees they charge...go ahead. But what would you pay for a roof that's guaranteed to never leak? Answer; Whatever it costs!
