Only two people in my area are certified to work on multi-point door locks because they are much more complex than typical locks. Curtis responded very quickly to my text, and got to my house as soon as he got back to town from a trip. After he figured out the solution, he overcame an extra complication and gave me a temporary fix so I could open my front door! Then he thoroughly researched all the possibilities for a more permanent solution. He didn't try to upsell me on one option vs another. I decided on a practical solution for now, with the chance of doing something more extensive, and expensive, in the future. Throughout the process, he explained everything very well and treated me with respect. He even called me a few minutes after he left with a very helpful suggestion that made a great deal of sense. I appreciated that! read more

I called Curtis when we needed two doors changed to electronic locks and have a few others rekeyed. He told me which types of electronic locks work reliably well and had me order my own selection. He also discussed his billing and what to expect. He was very pleasant and polite while doing his work and made sure all was cleaned up afterward. He checked all his work twice to verify we wouldn't have problems opening with our new keys or with setting up electronic accounts and codes. Everything is great and working well. We give him an A for professionalism and courtesy. He charged us exactly what he initially quoted ( pretty reasonable). I had to call him a day later and he walked me through the answer. He always calls back. read more

I could not be more pleased and impressed with the level of integrity, response, and professionalism. Curtis answers the phone like a trusted neighbor who wants to help, and then does! When I was locked out of my house Curtis quickly sent one of his associates right over ( He was out of area) -super nice personable man named William who quickly solved the issue and got me in my house. Curtis then offered to replace my front door lock with a high quality keypad system that looks great and will not fail as there is a back-up key. His prices are very fair too. The whole experience was tremendous. Vickie N. read more

Curtis was recommended by another locksmith who could not help me. I had a dificult three point patio door lock that was failing. I spoke with Curtis and sent him a few photos. Once he got the parts in, he came at exactly the time we set and worked hard through several twists and turns to get the door lock fixed. The price for 3 hours of work and an expensive part was exactly what I had estimated. He did good work, communicated very well and was very personable. I would call again if we have additional lock repair needs. read more

The battery on my front door digital lock had died, so it wouldn't let me punch in the code. Curtis came out to my cabin on short notice. Once he arrived he had me back inside in about ten minutes. Also gave good advice on how to prevent the lockout in the future. Super helpful and saved the weekend. Thanks Curtis! read more
