They scheduled service for the next work day. The tech who showed up was excellent. He took care of the problem and checked both doors for other issues. He replaced two visibly worn pulleys that were not part of the initial problem. Despite the additional work, the charge came in as estimated. My garage doors have never worked as smoothly as they do now. I don't normally do reviews but this was truly outstanding service.

Very clean install and he made sure everything worked before leaving, including helping me synch my cars, MyQ, etc. And, when you purchase from a professional you get the good stuff. They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). New management or not, they kept the company name and I would think they would have historical files to know what sized pipes were used instead of asking me plumbing question, which I know absolutely nothing about. I'll need to find a more reputable company.

I can only imagine how much business she drives away for this company. Someone needs to tell this receptionist to get on her broomstick and fly home as she is hurting this organization.
