The gentlemen answered the phone and I explained what had happened and he said he would be there as fast as he could. True to his word, he arrived, but first verified who I was and the circumstances. Although he tried many things, he was unable to gain access, due to the secure nature of the door looks. After trying for an hour. He stated that there was no charge. I seriously begged him to take my money because he tried all his tricks and that my friends is part of the his time (like mine and yours) is worth something.
