Upon return to the vehicle the key no longer turned despite efforts by 4 different people. An auto mechanic was unsuccessful. The locksmith arrived at 8PM in a well kept and labeled van which was basically a mobile locksmith workshop. Would NOT recommend working with her or C&M for either selling or buying. Horrible customer service. This goes to show who Laura is as a person and what the company, C&M is all about. Wow. Just wow. Russell Zimmerman has serious issues and Imma pray for him…read more Last week, my husband and I stopped in to Nationwide based on a recommendation from our contractor. We already had flooring in mind and they had the exact style we wanted. The store is incredibly small so the 3 customers in the store working with salespeople made me feel like a sardine stuffed in an undersized tin can. Anywho...one of the salespeople found a moment and really that's all we needed her for since we knew exactly what we wanted. We showed her what it was and asked for a quick estimate based on the overall area of our kitchen (which is obviously an overshot based on cabinets and whatnot). She gave us the estimate and set up a time to come out and do exact measurement for a more accurate quote. Great. The gal showed up for the measurements, took them and was on her way in a timely manner. 5 days later we received the email with the estimate based upon her measurements. As I'm looking over the estimate I see that it's higher than the original "over-estimate" based on the total area. I also see her original note says the price is 6.50/sf and the new "official" estimate now has a price of 7.75/sf. Naturally I reply to the email questioning this information and asking for an explanation for the discrepancy. I wondered if I was dealing with inexperience, a con job or just a lack of communication. Wellllll...moments after sending my reply email, I get a call from Russ, who introduces himself as the owner. Great! I am about to get an intelligent explanation and gain some understanding! No. Not at all. Russ straight up just started demeaning me, asking me "How long have you professionally installed flooring?" What?! I immediately put him on speaker phone (since I couldn't finish a sentence) so my husband could hear this man. We stared at each other, eyes and mouths wide open. He literally went on and on, around and around, basically saying the same thing again and again and yet not explaining the discrepancy. Within 2 sentences of my call, I absolutely knew we would NEVER give our business to this company. He may be used to scamming innocent unknowing folks, but I am not one to take it without question lying down. No Sir. Not today or any day Russell Zimmerman. I have kept my personal opinions on Holly (the lady that helped us) out of this thus far, but from meeting her in the store I had doubts on her experience and I felt uneasy about her knowledge (or lack thereof). My husband and I both wondered after our initial meeting in the store if she had been drinking...seriously...she reeked of booze, but I was willing to shrug that off and told myself maybe she was chewing some weird gum that was causing the smell. But either way, she did not leave me feeling confident or sure of any part of the situation. I honestly wondered if she even knew how to measure. I guess my intuition was spot on and I should have moved on after 1st walking into that store. Anyways...I wish you luck should you choose to give these folks your hard-earned money. Craig and his team just put a metal roof on our house, did a great job…read more Craig is responsive, always calling back quickly to answer questions, quotes came fast and he was knowledgeable about the various kinds of roofing materials available. He was very flexible as we changed our minds once and was able to provide a new quote quickly. Once we committed to getting the work done, he was again very responsive, with the work being completed within a couple weeks of the time we decided what to do. While they were here, they also fixed a problem with one of our gutters, and last fall they were on-site the same day we had a problem with our old shingles blowing loose in a wind storm. One of the ways I evaluate any person I do business with is what they do when there is a problem; we had a an unanticipated issue with a snow storm with very high winds getting some snow into our attic while the project was underway and Craig and his team were again, responsive, helpful and dealt with the issue with no conflict or hassle for us. Craig was recommended to us by a friend, who made the comment that "This guy just gets stuff done!" and I agree with that. I have no problem making very positive recommendation for Craig and his team at Champion.

Erv Smith has provided our yearly Service on our Furnace & A/C Units for the last 10 years. This…read moreallowed us to get 24 years out of our old Furnace. When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. This is my 6th and by far the best installers and Erv Smith Service Company is the easiest and best company I have had to work with over the years. Thanks to a great team at Erv Smith!
