When the installer did show up, he only had enough carpet for the upstairs and master bedroom. This was a Tuesday. We were told the carpet missed the shipment and would be in on Thursday but no one was available to install it until the following Monday. Monday comes and the installer comes but does not have enough of the carpet so we have to wait another four days to get the last two stairs and landing installed. I voiced my frustration with the Wausau manager and told him that they were losing customers from all of this and he said quote "that really makes me want to bend over backwards for you when you're throwing that at me." Being a manager, I assumed he was being genuine but was quickly told by himself that he was being sarcastic. Very inappropriate customer service skills for management. Price was great. Installation was great. Management is terrible, so hopefully you don't need to speak with them. I did speak with corporate about this manager and they were extremely helpful. It just shouldn't have gotten that far.

Since I am not a professional painter, I don't buy huge quantities of paint. This doesn't effect the level of service I am given at all. Something that can't be said for all paint stores. As if their high level of customer service isn't enough to keep me coming back, I love the paint that they sell. Goes on perfectly and even years after painting still looks great. I have repainted the interior of our whole house and never have had a problem with any of the colors I have used. They can even match colors of random paint chips you bring in. Overall, definitely my go to paint store in the Eau Claire area. Thanks Ted and Loren!

The scheduled meeting was at 7:30 this morning. I took off work which I usually head in about 5am. At 7:50 I make a call to find out where the guy was who was going to look at the project. I was told he had to run to the office early this morning and is on the phone right now. .......... Soooo my time is not worth anything? If a person forgot the appointment I can understand. But I was told differently and as I hung up on them I heard him asking if they could reschedule. A little late for that. Very inconsiderate. I'll be going another direction.

I knew I would need landscaping to clean things up afterward, and was concerned about getting things completed since it was late in the season. I saw good reviews posted about FC and reached out to them with their contact form. I heard from Adam within a few hours and he met me right away at the job site to discuss our needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Even though they were booked out, he put an estimate together asap and after comparing it to two others, I pulled the trigger. He guaranteed me he could squeeze me in and he did just that, staying in great contact all along the way. He and his team completed the work and it looks amazing! There was once small issue (needed a bit of dirt filled in in some low spots), and Adam made sure the team took care of this as soon as the weather permitted. I'll need more landscaping next summer, and I just met with him today to discuss the project and get another estimate. I'm confident in FC's work and know their pricing is very competitive. If you have ANY kind of landscaping need, call FC and save yourself a lot of heartburn! Thanks, Adam and crew!
