When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. The pvc pipes were cracked as soon as they were bumped. I called twice to have someone fix their mistakes and was told someone would call me back, but no one has. AND they were horribly expensive.

Found a way to dubiously charge me every way they could including:…read more-Charging 1 hr for an estimate by calling it something else that included figuring out what materials and how much time it would take to do the job (sounds like an estimate right?) -Charging me a $45 trip fee (I live 1.4 miles from this business) -Charging for call-back work to fix a problem they created that had never happened before -Overstating the amount of time they worked by 2 hours according to my contractor who was here the day the work was performed Even when both my contractor and myself tried to resolve the issue they stubbornly refused. I would not recommend Wiersgalla to anyone and actively encourage anyone to stay away, at a very minimum make sure you say the word "estimate" when initially calling them, watch them with a stopwatch while they perform the work, and be ready to still get bent over.

They had priced the tub and surround at $955.60, only took off $813 off of the bill. When we asked why she said she had told us that is what she charged us. It was not on the proposal. She was very rude and screamed at us saying how she had been doing this for 30 years.
