Came to check out possible water leak Looked at water…read moreheater took a picture And nothing else It took my handyman to come to ID where the leak from coming from A line on the water softner. He fixed in 15. Minutes . This week, over a month later I get a bill from Countyside for really not doing a thing for $146. Something they ne er said they would charge up front for looking at. When I do need a new water heater I will buy somewhere else !

Sad customer service I called today 09/26/24 to discuss a hot water heater they installed. My wife…read moretold me she thought she smelt gas coming from the hot water heater, I came home today and went down to check for myself and yes there is a gas smell present. I called countryside as they were who I trusted to install the hot water heater. I spoke with some gal and explained to her that we are smelling gas from the hot water tank she said ok put me on hold for 10min.... She comes back to say that they can't send anyone out til Monday I told her that was BS and that it's a gas leak they can send someone now. She then sends me to Mike I then explain to him the same thing and that it's bullshit to have to wait til Monday for a gas leak he then laughs at me and says if I swear again he is going to end the call I ended up getting furious with him said some words and ended the call for him hey Mike what if this was your home with children you gonna wait til Monday POS So I reached out to another company who will be here in 30 minutes not days I do not recommend this company they over charge for everything and there customer service is shit you mean a lot to them until the sale is done not the way you do business Update Xcel came out and for your company's information I have had a gas leak at the water heater control valve for almost a year now thank you for your quality install and putting my family at risk we are now done with this company we don't take playing with our lives lightly They say a faulty part from manufacture or could it have been one to many turns at the time of install and was cracked And coincidentally my wife's business had same issue we tried this business several times and now we're moving on I appreciate the phone call though trying to get me to remove my review but maybe if you guys didn't treat a gas leak as a laughing matter I would been a little easier

So, my kitchen faucet decided to go berserk and I seemed to exacerbate the problem trying to "fix"…read moreit. Well, I searched and got a quote from a few companies. I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick, inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.

The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. We are extremely grateful to their team and will definitely be going back to them for any future work we need!

My AC stopped…read moreworking, and after texting multiple HVAC repair companies, Mario was the first to respond, which I appreciated. I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.
