This year I finished a major home renovation and needed retaining walls, and more extensive work. I called Mike again, and he suggested that we do the job on a time and materials basis so that I could see what he was doing and make changes as I saw the project develop. He did great work. He had some good suggestions. He installed a beautiful retaining wall made of large boulders. The job turned out great, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike Olson is an old school contractor.....He doesn't come in with glitzy plans. If you need that you might need someone else. But if you have a decent idea of what you want, he can get it done at a fair cost. I'll hire him for my next project.
