I came in last minute with a vision in my head for my ministry business cards, a young lady Isela who is a graphic designer assisted me with my vision and I walked out the same day with 500 cards. If you want speed and professionalism in your customer service I recommend this shop. read more

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!! I needed to print out a 24" X 36" for my presentation board. I knew a couple other places but they were kinda expensive, so I looked up "cheap printing places near me," the I filtered it by reviews and I found this location. I gotta say, I am glad I found this place!....Receptionist, Stephanie, was very polite and friendly. Jake took great care of me. He said it was gonna take about 20 minutes to do the job. It even took less than that. I paid half the price and it was 6 times faster, compared to other places. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK! THANK YOU GUYS! read more

Communication is key and Complete Printing is certainly lacking this. This review could of been easily prevented by a follow up call/email explaining that price would double due to artwork. After having to call in that conversation took 5 seconds, no hard feelings just pressed for time. Not complicated. read more

The team at CPS is as efficient as it gets, I have driven far out of my local neighborhood to return to the shop for print jobs. Love this place! As a small business owner I'm very involved in how every dollar is spent. I checked them out for menus, uniforms, and some other marketing materials. They did a fantastic job and they were by far best pricing and believe me, I shopped LOTS of vendors really happy with the quality of work and the customer service experience. Definitely recommend! read more

I had a last minute networking event I had to go to and needed to get some business cards. I emailed many printing places and no one could do this last minute. Well except Complete Printing Solutions. They replied to my question on Yelp so quickly and I managed to put in my order. They had no problem with my art work on the card and came out looking amazing! Their graphic designer there is truly talented and can work magic. If you ever need something printed quickly and in great resolution I highly recommend this place. I know that I will be back. read more

I was very pleased with the service. I emailed my request for copies. They let me know one file could not be opened to print. I appreciated the email communication. Then they explained to me how to share the file, so they could print the copies. They made sure I had everything correct on my printing request. They used a good quality paper to represent your work. The price was very good compared to their competitors. Their service matches their name Complete Printing Solution. read more

These guys are amazing. I worked with dozens of printing companies over the years and CPS by far exceeds all of them in customer service, communication, and responsiveness. My company can always count on them to do the job right and in the shortest time possible! I've done complex print projects (die cutting and Spot UV folded self-mailer) and quick and simple projects like postcards with CPS. Every time the quality of printing, finishing, and customer service were outstanding. read more

We just want to tell you how much we appreciate the lightning quick response to our signage job! I spent hours yesterday blowing up type and taping together sheets of Xerox paper to get just one proof, so I know how much work it takes to pull this job together, and it is amazing how all of you jumped right on it yesterday and today to get it all done. Once it is installed, we'll take a photo and send it to you. The steel will be cut on Monday. And I'm sure Will standing over all of you with the leg bouncing up and down "Is it done yet?" "How much longer?" must have made it that much more fun. . . Again, THANK YOU FOR SUCH AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! Mark & Jessie read more

The team there sets a new standard for printing. We give them rough drafts and they turn them into polished finished product. We first started using them for standard printing for our business, we now consider them part of our team for developing promotional literature and custom design. Not only do they turn things around in a short time, they have never failed us when we say we needed it yesterday. The topper is they are priced way below other printers. I don't know how they do it, but I can't say enough about CPS. If you need printing, you would do yourself a favor and have one less worry by working with them. read more

I was looking for a place to laminate 4 business card size papers and 2 half page size papers (small items). I called ahead to ask if they did lamination. A man answered the phone and said they did. So, I headed there. I walked in and it looked very clean and professional, but not like a place where they do small little lamination jobs. I asked the girl at the front desk, "Do y'all do small jobs like this?" I pulled out the 6 small papers to show her. She said yes. She said it would be a few minutes, so I went to wait in my car. When I came in to pay, I asked how much it was going to be. She said, "We have a $20 minimum." I was surprised that this was JUST NOW being told to me. I asked, "How much would it have been?" She said, "$20." (What I wanted to know was if there wasn't a minimum, how much would it have cost, but I left it alone.) I paid and left. It wasn't until a little later after I started thinking about it that I became bothered by what had happened. At any time when I first called to ask if they did lamination and when I walked in and asked if they did small jobs like the 6 small pieces of paper I brought in could they have said, "Oh, by the way, it's a $20 minimum for any job," but it wasn't until AFTER the job was done that they mentioned it at which it was already too late for me to decide whether or not I wanted to have it done there. I called back to express my disappointment. The same man answered that answered the first time I called. I told him I was upset that it was not brought to my attention beforehand that there was a $20 minimum. Smugly, he said, "Well actually, it's a $25 minimum, but I told her to give it to you for $20," as if he did me a huge favor. He said he would "make a note" of my complaint to make sure customers are aware ahead of time. I hung up. This did not feel like a transparent business transaction. I could have gotten this done for $4 at Staples. Granted, I should have asked, but I expect to be treated w/ honesty and straightforwardness when I go to any business and not feel suckered into paying something that I probably would not have agreed to had I been fairly forewarned. It is poor business etiquette. I will not be going back to them for anything else (not that they will miss my patronage anyway). A couple of the cards size papers came out warped, too. If you're gonna charge $20 for a $4 job, at least make sure it's perfect. read more

WOW!! They are amazing! They are friendly, thorough and prompt. I have had several things done through them, t-shirts, flyers, event programs and all have been completed with sheer excellence! I'm so impressed. Thank you CPS!!! read more

I'm so impressed by their printing services. They did an AMAZING job making prints to be used for a Lego-themed birthday party. They printed posters, candy wrappers, centerpiece decorations, etc. Their attention to detail and willingness to meet my needs far exceeded my expectations. All of the prints turned out GREAT! I think they turned out better than most of the decorations you find at a party store. So I would definitely recommend their printing services to all of my friends.
