They don't do high pressure up-selling but are happy to answer any questions I may have. When I bought my latest machine from them, the therapist was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. She had me try different masks until I found the one that fit comfortably. On this visit they reminded me that my insurance will pay for a new machine next year. Until they told me that, I had no idea how often I can replace my machine. I recommend Pro-2 but if you need to be fitted for a new mask or are buying a new machine, you should call them to schedule an appointment. I never have had a problem just walking in to buy supplies.

I had to get a new mask because the one I had just wasn't working for me. I emailed them this morning, and by 12:30 I already had a new one. Now that's service! Can't rave about this place enough. I hate having to go to the pharmacy because I hate being sick…read more I had surgery a while back and Walgreens would not accept my insurance and this was next place I thought of since it is so close to home. The service here is outstanding. I was not able to walk very well and Chris actually came outside and sat in the car with me to go over my meds. This was the first time I went there so that really made me feel welcome. I have had to come back a few times since then and the whole staff is friendly and welcoming and will chit chat if you strike up a conversation. I now stop in here just to get stuff like cough drops or aspirin since the prices are decent on OTC side are good as well. If you live in the area I would highly advise switching over to this pharmacy.

Decent selection of glasses to choose from and the staff helping with your glasses were also kind and patient. I got an email a week after my appointment that said they were ready and I was able to walk in, have them fitted, and leave within 5-10 minutes. The only downside to my experience was the wait to start the eye exam. I think I was in the waiting room for about 20 mins before i was brought back. It was busy at 12:30 on a Thursday. Maybe it was just a fluke thing during spring break?
