You have to drive all the way to the end of the road, and the signs to find out where to drop your Amazon thing are super clear, but once you find the area, the entire process is very clear and easy. Usually I return my things at UPS, but this particular one didn't offer that as a choice. Then I go in line for my package, there were 2 people at two counters and a guest each counter, and one in front of me waiting. It seemed everyone had a complicated case, the service attendants were both very patient. It took me 15 minutes before I was at the counter. It was easy to ship, and Emily was very professional and made sure all info was correct. I was about to pick the cheapest option and still get it to where I needed to send in time.

I had a fantastic experience with the Lockport East Ave. post office back in early June. I had a…read morepackage of custom party decorations that was shipped late by an Etsy seller (despite my daily emails asking when it was going to ship and to confirm it would arrive in time) and it was iffy to make it in time for my son's 1st birthday party on Saturday. I called the post office Friday morning and spoke with Seth, the Post Master, and he was super helpful and said I can request the package be held as soon as I saw it was in Lockport. I tracked the package and called as soon as I saw it was at the Lockport station, they found the item and held it for me to pick up the morning of my son's birthday party. I went as soon as they opened the next Saturday morning and discovered the wrong package was held and now the package I needed was now out for delivery. Frantic, I called Seth and he discovered my package was going to be delivered by 5 pm...after the party. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. Within 5 minutes, Seth called me back and said his boss, Kaitlin, was going to get the package off the truck and deliver it for us and that she was going to call me to let me know when it was dropped off. In a matter of 30 minutes, the package was on my porch and Kaitlin called to confirm. These two did not have to do all of this for me, especially considering this wasn't USPS's fault, but they went above and beyond and were able to help make my son's 1st birthday party exactly as we wanted. I am so appreciative of Seth and Kaitlin and their excellent customer service. Thank you Seth & Kaitlin!!
