Trusting Ray of Excellent Results is your answer. 2019-Ray is the best! We had a horrible palmetto bug infestation that wouldn't go away with any treatment products we could get our hands on at stores. We called Ray to make an appointment and have never looked back. What that seems to mean is, if you have an issue inside that they would spray inside. Well I guess not. I called the morning they were due to come out again and Maria told me the employee would call me (so I could let him inside). That never happened. The exterior was treated only. I called back and obviously not happy ( not a good day for me), Maria told me that interior service would cost more. WTH! Wasted my time and money with them.

Failure to disclose fees by manager Brian during conversation about restarting service…read more The email below was an internal message sent to inform their team how extraordinarily dissatisfied I was with how they handled the call - BTW, I went with Hewitt and they were wonderful! Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience. Best regards, Ebony GINNY WHITE -sadly, you missed the point entirely. Not sure if that was due to avoidance or ignorance. The fact is that your manager Brian FAILED TO DISCLOSE all the fees that would be incurred by restarting service. He merely skipped over that fact thinking he had duped me. Guess what, NOT TODAY!! And one other thing. At HEWLETT, if you reinstate service within 6 months there is no additional fee. Maybe your business model should be revised to keep up with the competition! Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control (Owner) 43 minutes ago Andrew, I responded to you on your Yelp review. I believe that the reason for the full $141 charge and not the $47 per month is because you cancelled 5 months ago and you had a balance of $47. We are sorry to lose you as a client. Sincerely, Ginny White Truly Nolen of America Inc.

This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.
