Nice sized waiting room that's clean and comfortable facing the front office staff! It even is kid friendly with a little kid's area that had a kiddie sized table with several little chairs that looked like teeth! The staff is exceptionally patient oriented and very knowledgeable about procedures and co payments. Exam rooms are decent sized and equipment looks up to date and well maintained. The Dentist had a great bedside manner and explained everything that was wrong with my molar - why I was in pain and that before it was extracted I had to be placed on antibiotics because I still had a residual infection and once that was cleared I would be referred to a oral surgeon. I was very pleased with this experience and will use this practice as my Dentist from now on. A much better experience than my last dentist!

The DMD told me that I would need two crowns for existing root canals. He helped explain my options and that I shouldn't panic. He helped get me prices for the two crowns and a night guard. The company recently changed software and other things around the office, so no dental discounts were available, but I'm hopeful that when I do decide to get the two crowns, I will have my cost reduced by a significant amount. I was interested in. Asked about a simple cleaning and was told that cleaning was only available if I also got x-rays and an exam. I was quoted $175 total for all three services. This included a cleaning, x-rays and exam ie Dr review of the x-rays / consult. Booked the appointment and went in only to be told, after the x-rays and five minutes with Dentist the following: 1) the cleaning had to be scheduled separately. 2) The next available date was over 6 months later. 3) The cost for the cleaning would be an additional $94.00. 4) I was informed that my cost for today's x-rays and five minutes with the dentist was 143.00 - due today. When I pointed out that I had been quoted $175 over the phone for all three services (vs the $237.00 they were now quoting), it was explained to me that they never heard of such a thing. Classic Bait n Switch - do not go to them. Can only imagine what other up-charge tricks they play on their patients.

Dr. Lee was always pushing for me to get the bridge (10,000.00), and when I explained what happened she said they would have to take impressions, and send it to the lab, or they would have to make a new one. She then also encouraged me to get the bridge. All in all they wanted 1,300 just to possibly fix the plate I already paid thousand for. I checked out another dentist, and low and behold for 58.00 they adjusted my plate and it fits better then when I originally got it. So buyer beware. The stafff did a great job cleaning my teeth, but Dr. Lee is just in it for your money! Also they will try and sell you sonic toothbrushes, water pics, and treatments every time you go in. Even after you tell them you bought the sonic toothbrush, and water pic they will still tell you to buy one.

She also placed a crown on my upper back tooth. Constantly holds a large amount of food particles since it was not shaped and placed close enough to the tooth beside it. I recently had a dentist comment on it saying that, "I'll bet that's an annoying crown. It's too far from 14 and is a food trap." Didn't know there was a term for it. Food trap. I knew it wasn't right but until recently, I didn't know it was because of a dentist doing shoddy work.
