Can I put a negative number for a review here?? This place is so poorly run it's not funny. We…read morewere never seen at our appointment time. The closest we ever got to our appointment time was 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. No apologies given. no acknowledgement that they were running behind. I did not have any respect or trust for my son's psychiatrist. She did not remember my son or anything we talked about in previous sessions. Each time we had an appointment we started from scratch. It got to the point we were diagnosing at home and tell the doc what to prescribe. The office staff is constantly undergoing change. People are bailing, quitting left and right. There's no consistency there. We finally got out of there thank goodness. stay away . . . very far away from this place!

The problem with this facility isn't the doctor/providers. It is the kids they have working at the…read morefront desk. I can't tell you how many times I have called for something for instance the last call I made was over two weeks ago. The doctor was supposed to write a note for my son for my insurance company and i was supposed to pick it up but was unable to so asked that they mail it to me. Oh sure no problem they said. I am still waiting for the letter. The front desk are pretty much underaged or barely 18 yr old. They are friendly but they AFTER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT YOU NEED THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. The owner is usually on station within the clinic and is very aware but my thought is that she is getting what she pays for and doesn't seem to care.

My diagnosis was prompt and i was scheduled for outpatient surgery ASAP to remove the troublesome cyst. Will update this after my procedure next week, but i expect nothing less than outstanding treatment. UPDATE: Ok. The procedure went well yesterday. Dr Hurst is TOP TIER!! I had an excellent experience, from the moment we met. Dr Hurst demonstrated expertise and professionalism, while taking the time to address all my concerns. Taylor, a med student, assisted and she was outstanding, as well. Confident and patient and knowledgeable. Dr Hurst and Taylor made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive dermatologic care. State of the art equipment too in an easy to find and easy to park location.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office regarding an appointment for my son. Before…read morescheduling, I specifically confirmed that they accepted my insurance. My son then attended his appointment, received treatment, and I even provided my insurance card at check-in without any issues being mentioned. When I drove 40 minutes for my son's follow-up appointment, I was suddenly told that they do not accept my insurance--and, according to the staff, they didn't accept it at his previous visit either. This should have been caught before treatment was provided. I requested a call from the office manager to discuss the situation, but I never received one. I also asked whether I would be receiving a large bill for the treatment that was provided due to their mistake, and I was told they didn't know. For the follow-up visit, I was offered a self-pay option with a $100 copay, but the staff could not tell me what the total cost of the visit would be. The lack of communication, failure to verify insurance correctly, and unwillingness to provide answers or follow-up have been extremely frustrating.

I started noticing the changes around month 4, so don't give up too soon! My muscle tone has deff increased too in my arms and I don't train them in the gym. I love the office I go to. Technically they're "men's health" but I had to go there over their women's clinic side because that's where they do lab work at and I wanted a hormone panel ran to check on my thyroid. The office is beautifully designed, and the lab staff is on it. Robin is amazing and is seriously the sweetest person ever. The rest of the staff Is no diff, they're all super professional but friendly and attentive to anything you need. I couldn't say enough good things about them!!! Love! And as for their men's therapy, my ex went there for lowT and ED and he loved it too! We both drove to Shiloh from STL (30 min) and it's worth it. But sounds like I won't need to do that soon as they are opening a clinic close to me in the City! I can't wait!!!!!

The aesthetics are unreal, the leather couches and decor are like a country club...This is definitely not a waiting room! And I didn't even wait! I gave my name to Robin, the sweet receptionist, and someone came and whisked me off to my private room. The room was a deep navy color, outfitted with a large, wall mounted tv, nestled amongst other pictures on the wall. A very cool masculine vibe. Even the lounger/exam chair was a deep brown shade. And very comfortable. I came for an IV treatment- see my pics for the plethora of options and customizations...there is definitely something for everyone. And, you can also add on pure oxygen to breathe in during your IV treatment. There are 2 sizes of bags - I chose the smaller one, as I was a virgin. I put on the Bravo channel and relaxed while my IV did it's magic. It was quick, painless, and easy! They really take care of you - checking in on you several times during your treatment and ensuring your comfort. I will definitely be back! Bravo to the savvy owners for bringing customizable IV therapy to the Midwest!
