I did a search for price of socket and the cost at Home Depot is $19 this person Chris is overpricing and being very unprofessional by not showing up or even calling . After 6 days, (not including wait time for my tiles to arrive), I have 2 bathrooms and one powder room updated! Even when we ran into some issues (a couple more leaks, plumbing issues, some mold), Kennedy stayed true to the quote he provided me. He and his team were meticulous. Very happy with his work. After the job was completed the tech stated the water would be on in a few hours. The hot water never came on. So here we are the following day, still no hot water. I called the boss Jospeh, he's telling me I have to wait to this afternoon, with no specific time. I had to call another Plumbling company to fix the situation. Got Work tech had put the parts on wrong and wasn't trying to assist in any way possible. Jospeth kept stating there must be some other issues, long story short dont waste your time or money... I also have pictures of how the heater is supposed to look and how much they wanted to charge me to fix...... NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS
