Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

Being the hectic moving day that it was, we didn't look at the corner baseboards like we should have. I noticed there was an abcene amount of dog hair from the previous owners that did not get picked up. The company called later that day to see how the service went. We told them what we found. After contacting the technician that came out, he admitted to not even vacuuming before steam cleaning. He came back out to vaccum what he missed. A week later, we did another through vacuuming on our own and the picture posted is what we pulled from just one pass of our small little vacuum.

They failed to respond to inquires from the property manager and the BBB. They since have merged with another company called Masterkleen. I am a veteran as well and am very disappointed that this situation couldn't be resolved and that I was charged $399 for unsatisfactory services. If you do decide to use them I would recommend not paying them until you are 100% satisfied because as I stated they did not honor their word and guarantee with me. I have documentation of all of the correspondence with you and BBB and my payment receipt from the bank that showed I paid on time. Yes, I am a veteran and again it's a shame that we couldn't address this in a more professional way. Again, if you chose to use this company make sure you are 100% satisfied.

I was looking into having the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned for a while now. I had held off due…read moreto overall cost, but I finally decided it needed to be done again as the allergies were in full bloom. After looking at several places, I found KwikDry through a Valpak mailer. After contemplating different businesses, I decided to go with them since there was a great coupon in the mailer for air duct cleaning. The date of the cleaning was on July 9, 2025. When I called them the first time, I spoke to their answering service. We went over what I wanted to look to have done. There is an additional $50 discount on the dryer vent cleaning if you have the air ducts cleaned, so I took advantage of that too. They also do tile and grout cleaning, so I had them do that as well at the front door and in the kitchen. They arrived at the time they said they would. He was very thorough about what the process would be and the timing the job would take. It was no surprise that it would be a few hours to go through all of the air ducts and dryer vent. He was also up front that the tile and grout cleaning may or may not change afterwards, but I still wanted to proceed with that anyways. The overall process took about four hours total. That wasn't too surprising to me. The air ducts were the biggest thing that needed to be cleaned and sanitized. I would still get some additional allergy symptoms like sneezing and such for about a day afterward, but since then, the allergies have calmed down quite a bit. It had been about five years since either were cleaned. The dryer vent was long overdue for cleaning, and he showed me just how much he collected out there. It was much more than I thought it would be. The last part was the tile and grout cleaning. It seemed to be a fairly seamless process for him. He wasn't sure if the colors would change much, but after it was done, those floors looked so much better. I never thought to get a before and after picture on that in the moment. Overall, this was an excellent experience that I had with them. I will be looking out for future coupons from them in the years to come and have them come back each year so that it doesn't get so bad. He did say though he's seen a lot worse, and he said he could tell that we change the filter frequently, which helps keeping the ducts to be piling up with dust and debris. If you're looking for a budget friendly place to have your air ducts and such cleaned, be sure to check them out.

I highly recommend Green Line as they did a wonderful Job - from the time I called to ask about their services, to the time they text to confirm the carpet cleaning appointment (btw they even give you the cleaning technician's name Dmitry when they text to confirm the appointment), to the day the technician is on his way. Someone even calls you when there is no response on your end to confirm you're still good with the appointment. They even remind you to make sure the carpet is cleared of toys, or anything that will impede the cleaning. When the technician Dmitry was running into traffic, he had texted me to let me know. Then came the actual carpet cleaning. The floor was cleared, the carpet was sprayed. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly. Dmitry even asked you to inspect his work just to be sure you're happy. He even threw in the small hallway to the bathroom and the walk-in closet! Would definitely hire Green Line again.
