just from the first phone call. The receptionists was so helpful, more than any other OB/YN I've called in town. I was desperate to find a last min obgyn for pregnancy and they all made sure to make sure I was seen asap. Thank you! read more

Dr. Skinner is awesome but the staff here really need a refresh in customer service, especially being around so many hormonal women. Kindness goes a long way and no one but Paula and Dr. Skinner showed me that so I definitely won't be recommending this place anymore. read more

One of the best and nicest staff hands down. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Fithiria Garcia NP is the nurse practitioner I saw and let me tell you she's Amazing!!! So welcoming, super patient she takes her time and listen to you and really cares about your needs. It's been a while since I came across someone like her. I recommend her she's definitely 100/100. One of the worst experiences with an OBGYN I've ever had. After this place being recommended to me, I made an annual checkup and was told over the phone that they accepted my insurance. Then I arrive at 9:50 am for my appointment at 10:20 am with already filled out paperwork for them. While I was there, I was told they don't accept my insurance and I had to pay $180. Then I waited in the waiting room until 12 pm!! More than an hour and a half AFTER my appointment time, while other people who arrived after me where being called back. Finally I get called back into an exam room and it takes another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. Then I'm asked if I'm okay with a medical student being in the room, I said sure as I know they need to learn. I was never told that the medical student would be doing the exam. All of a sudden she's doing the exam and she inserts the tool for the Pap smear and I swear that I felt like I was about to tear from how wide she opened it and the doctor told her to relieve it a little bit. Then she starts scrubbing the inside of me to where it almost felt raw. I was in so much pain for the rest of that day and the next day because of it. The actual doctor didn't even take the time to talk to me about any questions I had and once the exam was done he just said it would take 3-5 days to get results back and that was it. After waiting for SO LONG, the actual doctor took about 8 minutes and it was done. Then when I went to the front to checkout, the lady at the front desk was doing her makeup and I handed her the slip, she didn't even look at me and said "okay you can leave now." Very unprofessional and very rude. This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went there recently after finding out I was pregnant. Dr. Hsiung seemed in a rush. My visit was great, although it was very short and I arrived 30 min early to my appointment and was seen later. During the end of the ultrasound, Dr Hsiung walked out the door, leaving it opened, before I had a chance to wipe gel off of myself and pull up my pants. I did not receive any photos of my ultrasound. I was told I would have a patient portal where I can get all my info there but I could not even register for one. I tried calling the office multiple times and they didn't answer. I was given a kit to get blood work done but it took me a minute because they gave me the wrong phone number and I couldn't contact who I needed to. I ended up getting the right number on Google. I called the office and left multiple voicemails to front desk as well as my drs assistant and I received no calls back. I even sent a long email explaining my frustrations and again, nothing. I have found another dr office and I love them! They did everything complete care didn't and asked all the questions that complete didn't. I feel bad because I recommended a friend to complete care and she happened to get Dr Hsiung and had a poor experience as well. She wanted to change her dr the day after seeing him but was told that she had to wait 30 days because they needed to make sure he was paid first through insurance. I hear the other drs are nice actually. But Dr Hsiung? I guess it depends on who you are and what insurance you have. read more

I am a new patient and today was my 1st visit. Check in process was easy! I was a little afraid of the wait because the waiting room as full. Appointment was on time! I saw Dr. Rassi. She was extremely nice and listened to my concerns and gave me some things to consider along with some information to read. It was good to have a Doctor who makes you feel comfortable! I needed bloodwork done, they drew my blood in the office. The Tech was nice as well. read more

Everyone at this office that I have dealt with has been kind, personable, and professional. Dr. Rassi is my doctor. When I have an appointment with her, I never feel rushed and she takes the time to not only answer all my questions but has put me at ease. She has even done an ovarian cyst removal surgery and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend Complete Care OBGYN! read more

I am definitely not a 'doctor' person but when it's necessary, its necessary. As luck would have it, Dr. Skinner entered my life for a great OB. His bed side manner is presented with the utmost professionalism topped with a friendly personality. He took the time to give explanations as well as answer any questions I would have. I felt immediately comfortable in his care. The facility of Complete Care is impeccably clean and modern. The staff here were all welcoming. I appreciated the punctuality coming from a person who is always early. I was actually brought back 5 minutes before my appointment time. I absolutely love this! The nursing staff assisting behind the scenes ran everything smoothly. They also offer an online portal for patients so you can see your medical history as well as send the doctor a message with any questions. It just makes things so much easier. His affiliation with the new Henderson Hospital makes it convenient for me as well. Thank you Dr. Skinner for the best care. read more

The staff and doctor was so professional and polite. I felt comfortable and safe. I would recommend to others.

This was my first visit to this practice. Everyone from the front office to the nurse practitioner and the doctor was kind and helpful. I was treated with respect and my treatment options were explained in detail. I highly recommend this practice to all women seeking an ob/gyn. read more

This review is for Complete Care OBGYN at 1528 W. Arm Springs Road in Henderson, NV. Dr. Rassi is a rare gem. She is progressive and thoughtful in her approach. She listens to your concerns and does her best to address medical concerns. She is a champion for women who are commonly neglected as they enter their third stage in our life cycle, women entering and in menopause. While it may take a few visits to target my concerns, I confident that I am receiving the best possible care and guidance in achieving my health goals. Her staff is professional, courteous and attentive as well. read more

I saw Dr Hsiung and it was clear he was in a hurry and didn't have time for me. I had done some research on which doctor I should go to at my age and for how awful I have been feeling. Everyone suggested to find a good obgyn. So I googled what all an obgyn doc helps with, besides the obvious, and it seemed to fit what I may be looking for so I chose this office because of the good reviews. When the Dr came in he was talking fast, talking over me after asking me questions and adamant from the start that I had been miss diagnosed from 2007 until now yet he wasn't interested in my health history at all. He wasn't interested in hearing anything I was concerned about and just kept telling me to go to a different doctor. He was totally not interested in talking with me at all. He heard nothing of what I was worried about. It's been awful finding a good doctor here in Nevada but this doctor was by far the worst. read more

Dr Skinner is an okay doctor. I'm not sure if he's worth the poor communication through his office though. I call multiple times back to back unanswered...doesn't matter if I call first thing in the morning or in the afternoon, no one EVER answers the phone. I leave messages to be called back and it's not until the next day at 4:45pm they return calls...never fails. And if you miss a call they don't answer when you call right back. I'm not even a problematic patient, but what I have to go through to talk to someone is ridiculous. I'll be finding another doctor. read more

Office experience was absolutely horrible. After trying 2x to check in online where it died and waiting 45min, the front staff said they couldn't check me in without doing it online. I showed them where it froze and no response. Four young women chatting vs taking care of the ladies waiting to get in. I was so frustrated I walked out. Never got to see doctor. Front staff should be replaced. read more

My primary care referred me to Dr.Skinner and I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist and everyone on staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. During my visit, Dr. Skinner went over everything that I had questions on without even asking him, he is amazing and very thorough. Dr. Skinner is amazing. Delivered my beautiful son and conducted my post surgery as well. No more babies . How ever waiting room staff is a little immature, unpleasantly negative. Challenging getting a call back or having them pick up to schedule an appointment. read more

I wish I could give this place more stars, as the doctor I saw was awesome! She seemed to listen, and answer my questions(even if she had to google it in front of me, which I could just do myself) I love that they have someone in office who can take your blood, which had no problems with. They have a patient portal as well, where it can be easy to message your doctor from there with any questions or concerns. However, I have to leave a 2 star review because the staff there was horrible. The front desk doesn't know how to do anything. Makes the whole office look bad. They had problem, after problem, with my insurance, and I never had problems anywhere else. I put up with this office for at least 4 months waiting to make appointment. They told me, I was not able to make my next appointment until they sort out my insurance which has been the same for me for years. I would leave voicemails for them to call me back but nothing. I spoke directly to the person "sorting" it out and she told me to contact my insurance about it. Isn't that her job? I don't care if they get paid or not, but I bet they do so they should be the ones calling. I called my insurance and 3 times as they told me that it was the offices fault for not properly filing my papers correctly. I told the office this and they wanted to argue "this doesn't happen" and "they know what they are doing." Finally having my insurance call them on a three way call with me they actually answered and they were able to get the proper codes for filing. You would think I would be able to make a follow up appointment after all that time and work. But no, I was told I needed to wait until the insurance paid. Another month waiting calling them and nothing. Worst front desk workers ever, If you want this place to go anywhere replace your front desk workers with people who know how to do there job, call people and know how to file insurance, that's your job. I never got a call back from this place, I ended up finally going to another obgyn. And the first appointment I had with them was quick, got what I needed same day and didn't have to wait. No problems with insurance there and now they are my regular. I suggest if you have any problems with this place leave immediately and just go somewhere else. Safe yourself the hassle, and just avoid this place altogether. read more

Dr Skinner is the best! Delivered two of my babies and is very professional. He always made me feel like he had time to answer any and all questions I had. It took a while to get to the back because it was my first appointment here, hopefully in the future the wait time will be less since I filled out paperwork and whatnot, but the ladies at the front were absolutely lovely and they were all really helpful in guiding me through the paperwork. This experience has nothing to do with covid restrictions. I had my first appointment at 10am with them so I called for the address, took a few extensions before someone answered the phone, gave me the address but I missed the zip code so I ended up at Boot Barn. I called back a few more times and different extensions until I got the correct address, needless to say, I got there exactly at 10am to an office that was clean and not busy which was perfect! The lady at the front desk seemed to have had an attitude so the first person who I experienced was not pleasant at all. She didn't even tell me congratulations and welcome into "Complete Care", just a very dry interaction. I was all excited to see my baby for the first time and tell Dr. Skinner about my current health issues just so he has a record of me being forthcoming but that interaction was just as dry. I tried cracking a few jokes and all he did was look down and ignore them. We did the most simple ultrasound for a minute or so in another room then back to the room. As I'm explaining to him anything I could think of, his responses were comparative to what "other mothers have done" instead of offering any sound advice, especially since my lower back/sciatic nerve and one foot has been hurting. A few tips on how I should go about taking care of my body would have been nice and reassuring besides the typical "make sure you drink plenty of water" tip. He compared something about me being pregnant once before (I have a 9 y/o) but I had to state that this pregnancy is completely different and it's been 9 years! At one point I asked about a doctors note and his quick response was how he can't write one and again "what other mothers have done". I didn't expect to be compared to other mothers as a response so often. I'm going to talk to my HR at my job as he suggested I do after telling me "you're only 9 weeks pregnant" about 6 times. I became frustrated and almost cried because I felt like he wasn't taking the time to actually listen/comprehend that I gave up and was ready to leave. Once that awkward interaction was over, we parted with a weird vibe. I went back up to the front desk to set a future appointment and she gave me an instruction on a referral that confused me so I asked her too explain it again and apparently that was a bit much as she basically stared through my soul then told me again. After that I had blood work done and that lady was the nicest person I met so far. As I walked out to leave, the lady at the front desk didn't even bother to tell me goodbye and see you next time as I saw her look up and not even acknowledge my being. I love how their paperwork states that I can be refused service whenever the staff doesn't feel like I'm an acceptable visitor so I need to behave yet the consumer has to deal with the staff being dry and unwelcoming as if I ruined their day by coming to the job they chose to do. This experience has kept me up until 12am 4/14 and I woke up at 4:30 something am with it still weighing heavy on my heart as this is what I have to look forward to throughout my entire pregnancy. My insurance company only has this obgyn care listed in the entire southern NV area, makes no sense. I'm not happy and I had to get this off my chest before it completely ruined my entire day. Pregnancy hormones are no fun and I'm not looking for others to make me happy but the one place I thought would accept my condition treated me as just another person to deal with. Update: I spoke with a customer who I found out was about the same weeks as myself and told her about my experience at this office, she recommended another place. Thank goodness I have a PPO so I was able to go to the new office. Not only was the experience exceptional, I got to hear my little one heart beat AND get a print out of the ultrasound! They listened to every health issue I had or was concerned about and I am never coming back to Complete Care again! Good riddance! read more

I do not recommend going to this establishment if you are looking for actual help. I called the office looking for appointments to make to replace my birth control and have a general check up. The person on the phone seemed confused and lost in some cases. (I don't blame her. it seems like the firm in whole is lacking.) I was told I could go in that very day at 2:30pm. I left work early and arrived at 2:20. The front desk people were very sweet and I don't have any complaints about them. However, I was called in at around 3:08-3:14. The assistant and the doctor himself made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as if I was rushed and judged for my appointment for my birth control. I was not informed very well about the process for that. I'm not sure why I waited that long to pay $15 for an appointment with Dr.Hsuing only for it to be rushed. Given, I'm not too knowledgeable about my birth control as I've had it done by another doctor that is no longer providing the service. They told me it lasted 2 years and my body has been feeling off for a while after 2 1/2 years. I just wanted to voice my concerns about it and see what I could do next. Dr.Hsuing made me feel invalidated. He entered the room with a very rushed attitude, told me that it was useless to re-implant my birth control as I had time still left. Grabbed my arm multiple times without asking if it was okay, and spoke to me as if I was stupid for not knowing the things he went to school for. Now, I don't mind being taught new things and corrected on information. However, being told "it lasts 3 years. Look it up on Google." From a DOCTOR... wow. I have never felt so invalidated and SO sure I would never come back to a place. The way he was speaking made me sure that I shouldn't trust his expertise either. Very scrambled, rushed and annoyed. I hope no one experiences this but it seems like a lot have with him seeing other reviews. I know there are far more better firms aside from this. I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

When Dr. Skinner was at SWM he was the doctor on call for my 2nd birth, although not the one I saw during the first 39 weeks. He was amazing. By the time I was pregnant with my 3rd I knew I wanted him to be my doctor for that and any future pregnancy but sad that he had left SWM. When I found his new office, I was thrilled. The Doctors there are amazing however the staff is absolutely terrible. I had an instance where I called every day several times a day left voicemails for a week and a half straight because I had an issue that could've been quickly resolved and NO ONE I mean no one reached out at all. I had to resort to emailing them and finally I got a response back after business hours with just a hyper link and no explanation as to why I haven't gotten a call back. The same situation AGAIN happened when I needed to reschedule an appointment. And now for the THIRD time I'm calling for results as instructed to do so by my doctor. Calling leaving voicemails in each department AND sending an email. STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT. This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to their staff. If you are a mom and care about your child I DO NOT recommend going here. read more

I'm so bummed that I didn't find this place any sooner. I've been to 2 OB's before I actually found them on Yelp and man, best thing ever. My previous OB's didn't really care about me at all. It was always those quick 1 minute talks and then "See ya next time!" Never remembered who I was and one of them actually prescribed me the wrong meds when I was about to come down with a cold. I wasn't comfortable with either one (Legacy and WHASN) till I came across Dr. Skinner. I started going here about a month & a half before I gave birth & Dr.Skinner is amaziiiiing! Took the time to talk to me and just sincerely cared. The whole staff are great people, always greeted me with a smile and even remembered my name. They've definitely found a forever client/friend in me, so don't hesitate going here! See you guys for baby #2 lmao! read more

They're not good with follow ups. I had to call them multiple times and they say they will get back to you but they never did, laziness j guess. Searching through Yelp for a new Obgyn I came across this office. I decided to give them a try because my usual Ob wasn't taking anymore patients I was really sad about that because he delivered my first baby. In the end it worked out for us! We found Dr. Hsiung and he's the best! Better than my first choice! He's very thorough in explaining things, he takes the time to answer any questions or concerns we might have. He doesn't rush through appointments and he doesn't keep us waiting hours to see him! He makes us feel comfortable and we know he knows what he's doing. He's friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and easy to talk to, and funny! The office is clean and the staff are very polite as well. Highly recommended! read more

Love the facility -nice and sleek. Nurse practitioner was thorough and they had an earlier appointment date than other OBGYN offices. The minus one star is for uninterested front desk service. I first started coming here after I was sexually assaulted back in February 2018. Dr. Skinner offered absolutely no support and I left the office in tears. I then came back in July 2019 to switch birth control methods. I asked Dr. Hsiung if I could switch from the pill to the patch, and he looked at me like I was crazy, gave me a hard time about it, and pressured me to stay on the pill. When I called the office in November 2020 to reschedule an appointment, I was told I had been discharged from the office due to my experiences with both doctors. Upon arriving at the office for further explanation, an administrator called law enforcement on me. The police officer explained that I had been banned from the office and told me that if I showed up again, I would be arrested. I left in tears and I am still traumatized by the experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I now go to Planned Parenthood and they take care of my needs. read more

It is very very difficult to get a hold of someone and they never return any phone calls . Dr Skinner is a great Dr .

Dr skinner delivered my baby and he was fabulous, it made me so terribly sad months after how I was treated. I started feeling abnormal pain in my side. After a few hospital visits I was told to go back and seek advice from my obgyn. Because Dr. Skinner was booked out I made an appointment with another Dr. (who was also fabulous) after cat scans and blood work we decided to go forward with surgery. She told me I would be contacted by their surgery planner Paula. After a week in serious pain and raising a 4 month old baby I reached out to both the office and the doctor multiple times. A few days later I received a message claiming my insurance hadn't paid their portion to Dr skinner and that they would have to wait until that was done before planning my Surgery. (Which was not my fault) I broke down. I called my insurance seeing what the hold up was and they claimed no one from Their office had made any contact with them to find out what was going on. I was so mad, they where making me wait for surgery for something they weren't even willing to look into. After all this I called their office and demanded them to fix this issue, which at the end of the day was an error and laziness on their end because apparently they don't want to do their job. My Insurance had already paid them and if they would have taken time and call they would have known that. The lady on the phone claimed I'd get a call ASAP to set my surgery date. 4 days later I reached out again, and no one would call me or give me any answers. After emotional trauma from this situation I decided to get a second opinion else where. Finally 2 full weeks after I met with the doctor and decided to plan surgery I received a call, they claimed my insurance was being complicated but they could set a date almost 2 month out. I'm very sad and frustrated with their whole management and office staff. Maybe they need to hire more help, because I'll be taking my money elsewhere because of them. read more

I came here after a terrible experience with a different Obgyn. I've been seeing Dr. Rassi for the last few months and I am very happy with her. The office is very organized and I usually don't have to wait long to be seen. They require a urine sample each time which gets a bit annoying but I understand. The only negative thing is when they have done ultrasounds, I am told the videos and pictures will be uploaded to my portal online but they never are. It's not a big deal since my partner takes pictures/video himself. Overall I am happy with my experience here. read more
