The offices look like a space ship with a hallway of barn door styling. The techs and nurse were very competent. Dr was very knowledgeable and engaged. Only negative was when I tried to schedule an appt at the Dr's other office and the girl said she couldn't and handed me a card to call that location. Sorry but the multimillion upgraded to MyChart was a training fail on that front or was it? I let the nurse know and called both said .... Of course she could. Either she was not trained or she was lazy. She refused to look at the paper with all my procedure dates on it and then asked me what my dates were? Not impressed by check out person.

I explained to them about my insurance its not active until January i would be more than happy to go in when my insurance is active they are holding my letter hostage until they get paid! Who would do that to someone? A very heartless office manager and doctor! You would think that his office staff has seen me in there for the past 3 years and you would think that they can understand that money is tight for single parents. The want me to pay out of pocket to be seen and can't wait two weeks for my insurance to be active. That is despicable if you ask me.
