After my car was towed here following an accident, I discovered all of my personal belongings had been stolen from the vehicle by the driver of the tow truck. The front desk employee promised to follow up but never did, despite multiple attempts to contact her. Two weeks later, I was told my car had been sold at auction without any notice. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied access to any further information. I am pursuing legal action due to the theft and mishandling of my property. This business needs to be shut down. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to read the reviews which are not good on this tow company, they were sent to me by my insurance company. When the driver arrived he said he could not get into my car (Saturn Sky) because it was "too small" he would not fit, so I would have get into the car to guide it up onto the the flatbed. WTH! my car was towed to Discount Tire few miles away. when I got home I realized that the tow truck had completely scored my driveway. I assume there was something underneath the truck dragging so there were big gouges in my concrete driveway. Then after my tires were put on my car it was not drivable. I took it to an automotive shop. They said that the tow truck driver had hooked his tow cable to my tie rod and bent tie rod, making my car not drivable. My insurance company contacted them. They lied through their teeth and told them it was my fault, that I bent the tie rod when my tire blew out which is impossible and BS, and blamed me for their incompetence. it cost me over $500 to replace the tie rod and to get the car realigned. DO NOT use this horrible company ever!!! no wonder they're not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. read more

My sister was killed in an accident and they towed her car. They put a lean on my car because my dad's arm was on both cars. My dad had died three weeks after and they still requires payment. Then didn't sign the party work correctly for the court house. Spent days traveling all over St. John's county because the owners don't know how to keep their web sight up to date said they closed at 6:30 but they were closed at 5:03. The guy stated they closed at 5. Miserable people with owners who are never hardly there. read more

This is a NO STARS review. Absolutely one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, due to an auto accident, this towing company was called by FHP. They take advantage of people in a time of need/worry. Disgusting! Then when I called to ask questions the owner hung up on me! If you have a choice at all DO NOT use this company! read more

Darnell was incredible! He fixed my car on the side of I-95. Turns out, he's a mechanic. He was also patient with me and allowed me to get on the road in my own time. read more

Be Careful. They have a policy that they will NOT release rental cars to the renter. Thats right so if you get towed from a parking lot (my fault) and you go to get the car they won't release it. Instead of $160.00 towing fee, my cost is over $1,700.00. Part of that is their fee for storage and towing, then the rental car company BUDGET charged me rent while the car was towed, they took their sweet time to get it picked up. All unavoidable if Complete Automotive changed their policy toward rentals. I am suing them to change the policy so you the reader are not next in line. read more

They saved me a lengthy wait! I was stranded on the side of I-95 with a blown spare. AAA Roadside Assistance dispatched a tow truck and quoted me a 90 minute wait. A few minutes later Complete Auto and Tire called me and said they'd get to me in 10 minutes! I'm grateful they cut that wait time down considerably, especially during the height of rush hour. They called again to confirm my location. They were prompt, kind, and thorough. They towed me from St. Augustine back to my car dealer in Jacksonville. I'm very glad they respond to AAA members otherwise I'd still be on the side of the road right now! read more

Complete Automotive and Tire - Towing Near Me - St Augustine, Florida

Worst tow company in st.augustine 1. My road side assistants call them to unlock my truck door and the guy got rude with my girlfriend because he said the tint was "too dark" I had to tell him to leave because he wouldn't stop bitching about the tint. And the next guy they called opened it in 15 seconds and the damaged my vehicle. 2 I called them to pull a car out and they came with in a mile and left because the lady that answers the phone gave the driver the wrong information. And after calling back she said he will call me, I waited 20 minutes and he never did I called back and she said the same thing so I waited another 15 minutes and called back and got not answer then I called from another phone and she answered in 2 rings. 3. Front desk lady is completely unprofessional with dealing with complaints If your looking for a real tow company call Abc, st.augustine towing , mikes towing.. those are the only good company's I have came in contact with and are very helpful and care about helping people and doing it right and fast read more

Told they would arrive at 1:30 pm for a tow. It is now 4:20 pm and I am still waiting. Every 30 minutes they say they will be here is 30 minutes . Their promises are as worthless as their service. Avoid at all costs. read more

The wait wasn't very long. Dillyn called stated he was on his way and arrived shortly there after. He was professional and got the job done and even explained where the hole was in my tire. He also stated that this is why he loves his job because he likes helping people. Not a lot of people in this world that care about helping people. Great job ! Thank you read more

This is July4th! Our truck would not start at Walgreens, they were dispatched by AAA. They were there timely, friendly and courteous! Totally recommend! read more

Very rude and refused service! A work truck of mine broke down IN FRONT of their tow facility. I have AAA and I am a PLUS member. I googled and found that they use AAA from a YELP review. I called AAA and asked to arrange a tow from them to go to my office/shop. It was confirmed thru AAA and we waited. After 2 hours, I called Complete Towing to let them know we would be leaving the vehicle, as it was now 5:30pm on a Friday, but they could tow it at their convenience no matter when that was. The girl that answered was over the top with rudeness. I was refused service as they stated they were too busy and "should not have accepted the call from AAA". I told her I was not worried about when they could tow it ( as I know for a fact that they work 24 hours and keep many employees scheduled at night for tows ). She said I needed to call back to AAA and cancel it and find someone else! She then hung up on me. read more

Company demanded $100 cash and refused to provide a receipt until.......Complete Automotice placed a boot clamp on my tire in a lot in St. Augustine 11/25/18 at 10 PM. They did not leave me anyway to contact them. There was no number on the boot clamp. There was nothing on my windshield, no way to get the boot clamp off. Two women in a dark parking lot stuck at 10 pm. We called the police. There was no other way to get the thing off. The cop called Complete Automotive and Tire who showed up and demanded $100 cash. I had to walk to an ATM to get the money. Then he refused to give us a receipt. I took out my phone and started taking pictures, he then got scared, realizing he had to by law give me a receipt for a cash payment. He called someone a woman who wasn't happy about sending a receipt but the driver told her "they have a link back to the truck so you have to send a receipt".So she did, I then got the receipt via email. So this guy along with this women dispatcher was going to pocket this money. Why else would he argue with us over a receipt stating there was no way he could provide us with a receipt then offer up a receipt only after we took pictures? Something really shady is going on here. Not only did the driver not leave us anyway to get hold of him which was irresponsible, pissed off the police dispatcher who was then forced to send a police officer because we were left stranded, it was also unprofessional and DANGEROUS. This company gives St. Augustine a bad name. Avoid all metered parking lots in St. Augustine. read more

On March 31, 2019 this company was referred by my Insurance company for roadside assistance. My 16 year old son had a flat tire at Vilano Beach and had no clue how to change his tire. Lucky we had roadside assistance and Complete Automotive responded. The technician remove the flat tire and attempted to put the spare on. This didn't work so they filled the tire and off he went. Seemed like a nice fellow. This morning the tire still had air however it only had two lug nuts holding the tire on. They claim (or at least the technician) they didn't remove any lug nuts. My son has absolutely no clue what a lug nut even is. I had him check the 2 that were left and he used his hand to see how tight they were. They refuse to replace the 4 missing lug nuts. I will never use this company or do I recommend them because of their integrity. Russian Roulette if you choose to have them work on your vehicles. If my child would have been hurt due to their negligence I would do more than just write a review on YELP. The manager told me "we aint going to keep going back and forth over this, we aint buying no lugs". So either their tech lied or didn't even notice 4 missing lugs. USELESS technician. read more

If I were possible to give no stars I would.Stay away from this company, My truck was towed out of a public parking lot and could not get a proper explanation as to why. The employees were highly unprofessional and BLATANTLY disrespectful, I wrote an formal complaint to the owner of the company and got no response, So now I am filing a official complaint with the city of Saint Augustine and the Better business bureau ..I believe employees are significant representation of a company and the experience my husband and I received from this company was not only traumatizing but shamefully disappointing.Riad Chatila's employees were very unprofessional, merciless, disrespectful and made racially charged comments. My husband and I are an interracial couple and shawn one of the employee's stated that "all black people from atlanta were racist " to my husband as he took him to the atm because of their cash only policy after hesianting and requesting we get an uber . My husband is white and I am black. read more
