The lip was hanging down a bit but not near dragging. It looked liked it just needed to be clipped back in place. Precision reattached it the same day I brought it in. On 3/12 while driving on the highway it fell down and dragged the ground. I was very fortunate that nothing happened other than the lip getting damaged. I called Precision to discuss this and Andy immediately went into "if you're asking me to buy you a new bumper I'm not doing that" and also blamed me saying I either hit something or pulled into a parking spot and pulled it off. I had previously explained to Andy that I always back into parking spaces because the front sits so low. I wasn't calling him to request a new bumper because the bumper isn't damaged at all. I just wanted to make him aware and discuss what we could possibly do. However the immediate defensive reaction of taking no accountability and blaming me makes me never want to deal with this business again.

The other shops were all going to do more work that seemed unnecessary and Ray Jr agreed that it was unnecessary. The job was finished early and looks perfect. The rental car we used while Ray's was working our car was also hit in a parking lot and Ray's went above and beyond what could be expected to help us with that also. I have had at least 3 different cars serviced at Lowetech going back six years. They were…read morerecommended by a friend because of their honesty. I am not a mechanic, but here is why I recommend Lowetech to ALL of my friends without reservation. I took my car for an oil change (at one of the chain oil change places) and they gave me the usual laundry list of services my car needed. A couple of them seemed fairly serious, so I took it in to Lowetech and said, "The oil change place said I need this, and you guys don't charge as much as they do. I need to get this done." Dan laughed and said, "We'll check it and see." They checked and said there was no problem with my car. I walked in, ready to pay, and they said, "No issues here. No charge". I got my car hung up on a driveway leaving a driveway with a drop off I did not see. Had to have a tow truck lift me off the curb so I was concerned about damage under my car. Took it to Lowetech and they put it up on the lift, checked it, said "No issues and no charge." Last story. I had a Chevy Malibu with a leaking radiator. I tried to pour sealant in to fix it without reading/understanding the very clear instructions, "Do not use this product if you fill your radiator from the overflow tank." Needless to say, I caused some damage to my car. Lowetech quoted me a price and went to work. Short version: one problem led to another on my car, and it took much longer to work on/fix than expected. I was prepared to pay MUCH more in labor charges, but they honored their original price. The only reference I have for price/value is what the oil change places, and dealership quote me (when I go in for recall work). Lowetech is always WAY cheaper. But the most important thing to me is integrity. So what if they are $50 cheaper than the place down the street if they are telling me/charging me for services I don't need. The Lowetech guys are men of integrity. I will continue to take my cars and send my friends there, gladly associating my name with their work.
