Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. Yimmy's worked with my insurance (Progressive) to arrange the repairs and finished the job a couple days earlier than quoted. Yimmy's was pleasant to work with, provided regular updates and communication, and made my Tesla look like nothing ever happened to it. They even washed both the exterior and interior of the car before I picked it up. This was my first time dealing with a body shop, so I don't have much to compare to, but I've heard many horror stories from other shops. Feld is no longer a body shop, it's a tow company. They towed my truck from the scene of an…read moreaccident and damaged it car in the process. My vehicle was damaged while it was loaded onto the tow truck. They used a chain to secure it on their flatbed and dug a chain into the hood and side of the truck fender. It was the opposite side of the damage from accident. Upon delivery to the facility, the truck was pushed up against a chain link fence while they backed it into the storage area. The chain fence dug into the tailgate and bumper, causing deep scratches into the paint. The owner of company that shares the property (Stixx) witnessed and heard the car being pushed into the back of the fence. Feld refused to take responsibility and were extremely rude. They have a longstanding contract with the Osceola County Police Department. I will be contacting OCPD to submit a formal complaint. They deserve a negative 1 review!

The only reason he stopped was because the two officers still on the scene had to start screaming at him to stop because it was adding more damage to the underside of the car. If I had known the police we're going to call some imbecile to do this for free, I would have just waited for AAA to come instead. Worst service, just save your money.
