Shortly after beginning volunteer work I was hired. I have never worked for a hospice before and am amazed at the dedication the owner Francis and her medical staff have. You could not find a more caring and truly compassionate group of people. They truly care for their patients. Even if I didn't with fur them, I would recommed them to take care of your loved ones.

Adrian and Mercedes coordinated quickly and made it happen. They communicated with us promptly and clearly, following up multiple times to ensure my mom had all the resources she needed. They attempt visits when they want to make them, they obviously have NO plan of care in place for there patients.. They come in take a BP and a signature and that is it...that is not patient care .. When you call them.. You have to leave a message and you don't get a call back for hours... The only way to speak with them is when you ask for supervisor and even then they don't follow instructions!!! I called today spoke with there supervisor expressed our dissatisfaction with there service and requested no further calls or attempt to make visits.. 2 minutes later a nurse was on the phone trying to schedule a visit for the next day!!!
