Not very dependable, couldn't get a clear answer as to weather I would be picked up from the hotel I was in. He only said, I'll put you on the list, with a very "bothered tone" to his voice. I never got a definite time, which meant I could have missed my next appointment (flight) (Shuttle) I opted to use "Ride Local" who was right on time!!! 928-488-1497 read more

They never showed up after multiple promises. Waited two hours. Finally got a ride from two nice ladies. Use Uber. They get zero staRS BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION read more

Called and told to text them for availability. Texted the information needed and waited. Since I got no reply, I went shopping for other Taxi businesses and got a reservation. 45 minutes and no replies from "Vick's" I texted and told them to disregard. His response, we've been busy but we do have availability. When you need a response and need info, 45-50 minutes for a response (IMO) for a taxi is not what you want. I'll go with another company other than with Vick's. BTW, Read his personal FB page, not company page. read more

Showed up on time, friendly and clean. Lance was great! It's difficult to get taxis in the area and vicks was the correct call!

I tried Vick's for the first time after getting too frustrated with multiple issues with another taxi company. From the start this was a better experience, with continued communication about pick-up time and when a driver was on his way. That alone is more than many companies do. And then the ride itself, the driver was super friendly and helpful. When he found out I'd never been to the place I was going before, he offered to go in with me and help me figure things out. This was not an impersonal stuffy taxi experience, this was a comfortable helpful experience that, as someone with extreme anxiety in new situations, I am SO grateful for! This will be my go-to taxi service from now on! read more

I got another driver this time...the ride was fine, but he was smoking while sitting in his cab waiting for me!!! He stopped when I got in but the smoke stayed with us my whole trip. This isn't the 70's it's 2017.... smoke away from your cab next time, bruh...just saying. read more

Prompt and courteous service from end to end. I booked them for transport from Yuma airport to Quechuan casino on arrival, and on return from the Border at Los Algodones back to the Yuma airport. They arrived on time and the drivers were excellent! read more

The Owner went out of his way to insure a timely pickup to get me to the border on time for an appointment in Mexico. Friendly and knowledgeable of the area. read more

Vick gave me excellent service. He answered the phone in a professional manner which none of the services did if they did answer at all. He showed up when he said he would. Vick was an all around nice guy. The car was clean and commfortable. read more

Service was prompt and initially reliable. I am new to town and traveling with a child and then one day he cancelled on me and referred me to another contact, as if within the same company. I did feel as if well if I am on the schedule and he was unable to fullfill sceduled time of service then I would have liked for that to have been professionally handled and not put on me to call "his" contact, especially while I am at work. At the same time, my Phone number was given out and i received a call after I had already declinind being that it was not my issue to resolve, having to ask someone else for transportation was then put on me and I felt somewhat of dissappoinment and passed on like " of not importance." We had discussed continuos / consistent transport while We are in town and that will not be fullfilled. I was lucky to have graciously been given a ride from work at the last miunute and not left stranded in a new town. read more

Vick was the neatest transport team we ever used . On time to get us drinks and he was pleasant. Vick's vip for ever

Vick's VIP is a great taxi service with flat rates and no meter. Very friendly, informative and always on time. We took Vick's from the Yuma airport to the Los Algodones border and we weren't sure at first what to think with the price since there was no meter but we were very happy to find out it was still a bit cheaper than the metered taxis's and very safe and super friendly. We called to have a pick up at the Algodones border a week later and he was there waiting (early). Would total use Vick's VIP again! read more

Vick was great. His transportation company is outstanding. Everything about the service was remarkable. I loved it. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome company. Vick goes above and beyond for his customers. Definitely will recommend his company to my friends and family (:

I visited Yuma for the first time in July. My young son and I flew into the Yuma airport. We got our bags and needed a ride to a home we had rented. Some of the cab drivers were scary looking. A few of them couldn't speak any English. Then, there was Vick! He quickly and carefully loaded our luggage. He suggested some good restaurants, which turned out to be good. He safely took us to our rental. The cab fare was absolutely reasonable. He was thoughtful, kind and considerate. I put his number in my phone and he will be the first I call when I go back to Yuma in the years to come. read more

Nothing VIP about it. You're better off with uber or a regular taxicab service. Issues: 1. Late 10 minutes 2. Dirty inside car 3. Smelly inside car 4. More expensive than uber 5. Unaware of their subpar service Compliments: 1. Polite read more

Great service one again. Thank you for being on time on such short notice!!! Professional and punctual. You can't beat the flat rate prices!!! read more

Absolutely fantastic service! Very fast, professional service and went out of his way on complicated job I needed! Will use again FOR SURE

When in Yuma, don't bother using any other car service or cab. Vicks Car Service is the same price as any cab, but unlike most cab companies, he is always on time or early. I was having dental surgery done in the border town of Los Algodones. I told Vick when he dropped me off for my appt. that I wasn't sure when I would be done, though I guessed around 5:30 or 6:00. I said I would call him when I was ready to go. I didn't get out til about 7:30 and it was getting dark. I called Vick and he said he was waiting at the Port of Entry! I was so grateful and relieved! He didn't even wait for my call. He just made a point of being there! All I can say is his service goes above and beyond any other service in the area, Believe me, I had the chance to find that truth out personally. Two cab companies I tried were very late after they had promised they were 10 minutes away! You can be sure Vick will be there when you expect him to be, in a clean car, with a capable reassuring demeanor. I am scheduled to come back to Yuma in late August. I have already booked Vick to pick me up. read more

Vick did a great job when I asked him to pick up my wife at a house and drive her to the airport. He personally showed up to drive her there. My wife doesn't like uber so it was refreshing when she got the service we were hoping to get. I will always recommend Vick's Transportation in the future! read more

I've never reviewed a cab company before but I felt compelled after my experience today. I landed from my flight and walked outside to grab a cab. The first cab in line was the "VIP" cab so that's the one I got. The first thing I noticed getting in the cab was the smell of cigarettes and the ash tray on the floor. I was happy when the gentlemen rolled his window down but I was anxiously awaiting the a/c to come on because it's Yuma and its hot as hell out here. Low and behold the a/c didn't work and now it's getting uncomfortably hot in the cab. I asked if I could lower my window and that was broken also. The bottom line is that the cab was a piece of junk and should be towed out to a nearby bombing range. The cherry on top for this ride was that when I asked for change for the cab fare he didn't have any. Therefore I ended up paying a 50% tip on the fare. He apologized but at the end of the day it's a pretty simple business plan to execute and it was below average in every category. Never again will I use this company. read more
