Sure--here's a balanced, honest review that stays professional while clearly noting the downside. This is written in a Yelp-style tone: I had an overall positive experience at this chiropractor's office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office itself was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which I appreciated. The chiropractor (Chloe) was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns clearly, and I did feel some relief after my adjustment. The only downside for me was that the visit felt a bit rushed--almost like an assembly line. While everything was efficient, I would have appreciated a little more one-on-one time and a slower pace to feel fully heard and personalized. That said, if you're looking for a well-run office with professional care and quick appointments, this could be a good fit. I'd recommend it, especially for those who value efficiency and no need for appointments scheduled in advance. read more

The Joint Yuma - Chiropractors Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

I cannot recommend Dr. Chloe Haile at The Joint enough. Finding a chiropractor who balances a great personality with deep clinical expertise is rare, but she nails it. I came to her struggling with TMJ, lower back, and upper back issues, and her approach has been life-changing. She doesn't just 'crack and go'--she actually educated me on the root causes of my pain and gave me a roadmap for recovery. She is focused on the longevity of my spinal and muscular wellbeing, teaching me how to maintain my progress between visits. If you want a doctor who truly understands the body and cares about your long-term health, go see Dr. Chloe read more

Went today at 6:30 and they're closed, but no change to the hours on Apple Maps. They have a sign on the door saying they are closing earlier as of today. Would've been nice to update Apple Maps. Don't think I will buy another package based on this read more

We're new to Yuma and found The Joint Yuma Chiropractic. We were so lucky to find Dr. Chloe Haile. She is fantastic. She finds the point of origin of the pain and adjusts you accordingly. She is absolutely one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. Thank you so very much for your excellent care. I highly recommend The Joint and Dr. Haile. read more

However, every time I've been to The Joint they've all been amazing especially Dr. Chloe Haile. In my most recent visit she listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable and cared for. read more

Dr Chloe was very good! Asked a lot of questions and looked for areas of discomfort more than initial questionnaire. Very pleased with results and will continue to choose her in future. Office staff was courteous and friendly. read more

I've been going to The Joint for about five years, predominantly to put slipped ribs back into place. This is an excruciatingly painful condition and putting the ribs back in place is agonizing. I choose The Joint for this process because they have weekend and late hours during the week that many chiropractic offices cannot provide. I cannot predict or control when my ribs slip out of place, and I need the ease and convenience of some place with extended hours. I went to The Joint yesterday morning to get ribs put back into place. The Chiropractor began his adjustment and the first two maneuvers were manageable, but on the third maneuver, I gasped in pain. It was not exorbitantly loud, but I did make a noise. The Chiropractor then told me "if you're going to be loud, I'm going to have to ask you to leave." I told him I was sorry, but that the pain caught me off guard and it was just a natural reaction. Keep in mind that the Chiropractor, myself, and the receptionist were the only three people in the entire practice, so it's truly not like I was disturbing anyone. And truthfully, I can assure you that I must not be the only person that has ever made a noise during a painful adjustment for a condition that's excruciating to begin with. Then the chiropractor went on to tell me that it's in my chart that I am difficult. I literally said excuse me what does that mean? He proceeded to tell me that it has been recommended to me to come multiple times a week for adjustments and that I don't listen. The reason why I don't come multiple times a week is my philosophy is that you can be over adjusted, it is not covered by insurance and can get cost prohibitive. But let me clarify something. Just because I don't do exactly what I'm recommended to do does not make me difficult. It makes me free thinking and I have the right to do what I think is best for myself. My question to The Joint is why in the world would you ever make a customer who is paying you to do a job, feel so embarrassed, ashamed, and mortified when they are already at their weakest moment because it hurts to even breathe? Anyone who is in the service industry needs to fully understand that it is your customers who keep you in business and you are working for us. I will no longer ever return to The Joint, and it will be my mission to tell anyone and everyone I have ever spoken with about chiropractic adjustments to never again enter your premises. I needed your skills, your compassion and your empathy and I got none of those things. You are an incredibly repulsive excuse for a business establishment and I would like nothing more than for you guys to go out of business. You should truly be ashamed of all of yourselves. I have never been difficult, disrespectful, unappreciative, or unkind. I also have never taken the time to write a review. However, this exchange was so abysmal that I felt like it was my mission and my duty to let everybody else know about this experience. Shame on you! read more

Don't waste your time here. I was in a lot of pain and was told to come in. Drove here just to be told they couldn't see me. Ugg.

Basic back crack without the add ons. I feel better after No fluff, no bs massage, ice pack etc upcharges. Fair value for results read more

I haven't been able to try this location because they like to lock the doors a few minutes before the posted closing times and leave. Glad I have had a membership for over a year in and never had this issue in multiple other states! Horrible management!! read more

Great friendly staff!! Waiting times are low to no time at all. Highly recommend this place to people who are looking for a quick adjustment. Before I decided to see a chiropractor, I had knee pain, back pain, hips, neck and shoulder pain. After a few adjustments, now I feel much better, more awake and energetic!! read more

Did not accept me as a walk in because they were going to lunch at 2 pm. It was literally 1:05. Front desk was too busy on their personal phones read more

I had some free time while in Phoenix and signed up for a membership there, not knowing that Yuma also had a Joint. After discovering the availability in Yuma, I have been twice and loved my adjustments. It's quick and easy and I feel much better! I also found out that my favorite chiropractor moved here and can't wait to be able to see him for an adjustment the next time I'm there! Dr Martino is only scheduled for weekends, but the other chiropractor was great too! I am super impressed and happy! read more

I like both of the chiropractors here, I never feel rushed and always leave feeling better. The front office has also been friendly which I appreciate. Professional demeanor goes a long way! The facility is also very clean and they do a good job balancing taking the time with each patient and not spending too long so other patients are waiting long. read more

This place isn't somewhere to go they have no exrays or really know any ones history every time I come in they are rude its like a drive thru read more

In defense, its a tag check in place. So the majority of the people who walk in don't speak or say anything and if you're curious... guess what, you open the hole on the front of your face and talk. Simple! (I dislike entitled people so if you feel attacked... good) Swipe the tag thing and wait for the host to say its okay to go back to the tables. It's petty to give one star reviews over that. The actual service you recieve is 5 star. the guys are professional, helpful and do a great job. My personal recommendation is for Dr. Andy. he's probably the best chiropractor in the world...does it all by hand and hes a strong guy. and his personality makes up for any missing salutations. You walk out feeling straighter and taller with a smile! read more

If you've ever had a decent chiropractor, or if you have a complex issue, DO NOT come here. 1. The dr kept staring at my cleavage. I was wearing a modest cami, a sports bra, and a cardigan and he talked to my tits 75% of the visit. 2. I've had back problems for decades. I've seen lots of professionals. This guy did rote work with little to do with what I said was happening 3. He made up sh*t about "this spot has been stuck for 4 months but this other spot has been stuck for 2 years". This is total nonsense. 4. I have a deformity in my spine which I listed on the form and he never asked me about it or gave me a moment to tell him about it. Too busy giving his dead-eyed sales pitch. 5. After all that awkward BS, he only went up my spine once with that machine that rapidly pokes you (idk the name) and then basically attempted to crack my mid-back several times. That was literally everything he did. I came with low expectations, and left with a new realization of how low bar can go. AVOID read more

You have to greet yourself, no appointments available, walk-Ins only, but you can't walk in at 5:50 because they close at 7. Guy with the combover came out and said, "it would take over an hour for the appointment because there is paperwork to fill out and they close at 7." read more

Went to inquire about information and the front desk receptionist did not greet us, she simply just stared and looked back down on her phone. We stated "hi, can you tell us about your facility?" She said "it is all in the brochure," and handed it to us. We attempted to ask us a few questions, and she just stared at us. There was one person in the lobby discussing patient health with what we assume was a doctor. I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews, but shame on y'all, poor front desk representation of your company. You advertise a $29 new patient information outside but yet no one discusses it when you walk in the door. You have just lost two new potential customers and all those we share it with. Happy Holidays! read more

Absolutely a joke. Walked in with pain left in pain. Didn't crack or adjust my neck, back is still a mess. He "adjusted" my hips. Which didn't do a thing. I told him I am still stiff and in pain. He said, "It may take serval more "adjustments" to get right. Do you want to sign up for a package?" No thanks, I'd rather burn my money that give your business another cent. 45 bucks to not accomplish a thing other than waste my time and money. Save your money and get a massage. read more

I tweaked my back, thought my plans to raft the Grand Canyon were over. I got in right away, and they fixed me up immediately. Unfortunately, my plans still derailed. But not because of my back. I recommend. Thinking about going back soon. read more

I should have paid attention to the reviews. Dr on-site was very rude. There wasn't any privacy. Laughed at our faces and asked if I knew about chiropractor at the front desk as others were listening. It was a very embarrassing moment. He should not be licensed to deal with individuals in pain. You should reconsider who you hire. read more

I went there hoping to find relief from recent lower back pain. My husband would go here so I decided to give it a try and hopefully get relief. I walk in and there are 5 people ahead of me I decide to wait because my back really hurts. The line is moving along, one more guy to go before me when another man walks in. He's told by the receptionist to head on back. I frowned at this because there are no appointments here. 10 minutes pass and another woman walks in. She is also told to head back. I continue to wait patiently wondering why they are going before me because I've already been waiting an hour for the other people to dissipate. The other people had been moving down in chairs toward the back so after the woman that came after me I went to do the same and the receptionist told me that I couldn't go back there. I needed to wait for the doctor to call me. So I ask her how much longer its going to be and she tells me that after this last woman I will be called that members need to go first. I say ok and wait for the two people that came 20 minutes after me after to be seen because my back is aching now from sitting there. I've already been waiting for an hour and a half now as these two are finally done being seen. At least 5 more people walk in after this. The doctor walks out and calls one of the men who had literally just walked through the door. I stand up and tell the girl something in essence of whats going and lose my patience its been an hour and a half that makes three people seen ahead of me who came an hour to an hour 30 minutes after me with no end in sight. They don't have appointments here its supposed to be first come first serve. I come back a few minutes after calming and ask the receptionist when am I supposed to be seen and she tells me that the doctor chooses. So I ask her, if I'm purposely being skipped. To which she replies no because I gave him your clipboard. (My paperwork) Which leads me back to the idea that I was purposely being skipped without reason because he has my paperwork sees me sitting there just beyond the wall and still is picking others that literally just crossed the threshold. I was so upset that I had waited so long with no solution to my pain. My husband promptly went and canceled his membership asking the girl at the front desk what happened, why wasn't I seen and she said that all members go first. So he asked her if more people continue to walk in then my wife waits indefinitely? She said yes. Then he asked her does that make sense to you? And she just said she didn't know what to tell him. Honestly I've never been treated so poorly and I know the doctor could hear all this it's an open treatment room yet he never said anything, no apology, or trying to fix it from the front desk receptionist, there was no one saying my mistake or hold on one minute we are going to see you, nothing. I don't know what I did other than sit there that they treated me like this. I'm never going back and don't recommend this place at all. read more

As the previous reviewer stated, the lady and the front desk doesn't greet anyone. She stares at you and was very awkward when I arrived. Her initial questions made it seems as it takes over 1.5 hours for your initial visit. This sounded odd and seems to deter customers apparently. The guy who saw me was only concerned about selling the memberships and not helping his clients. I would recommend changing your business plans to encourage repeat customers rather than pushing for memberships. If you give more customer service and helping the customers feel better from the beginning then maybe they will want to return. Also I paid for an adjustment and received only one "pop" and then guy took to tries to get it right. I feel worse afterwards than before. I think I go to a "real" chiropractor doctor next week to have a better experience. This walk in clinic is a joke, don't waste your time or money. read more
