I was treated very well with promptness and courtesy. Have always had great service at this facility.

I caught them taking the same payment from me AND my insurance provider. No apology when I showed them proof.

The Administration staff is inept at best. Scheduled an appointment for noon and at 2:00 pm I was told that there was still an approximate 3 hour wait. Went there 3 times in 4 months and was never successful in transferring my prescriptions. Nurse Practitioner, Steven Kruder talks incessantly about his life and other practice only to later notify you that your appointment went to long and you owe them more money. I notice many of these reviews refer to him as Doctor Kruder. He is not an MD. Finally running out of prescriptions that never got transferred they demanded another appointment. Time to part ways with this Circus. Trying to find out who the actual MD is for this clinic but that seems to be a well-kept secret. read more

I have utilized the services of this organization for the past 8 years. Steven Kuder is the bright spot amongst an utterly incompetent staff. They fail to provide any kind of service after your appointment. Multiple times I have called the office in order to get in touch or leave a message for Steven Kuder. Several times I have called in order to get my prescription resent because the pharmacy never got the information. All of this was a waste of time and effort. The staff does not work for or with Steven Kuder. I would highly recommend any other available office. read more

I just spoke with the most disrespectful man over the phone. They are sending us a bill for a $50 for a no show for my mother that passed a year ago. I called so they can stop sending us the bill but instead he wants to transfer my dead mother's debt to her oldest sibling. Once again it was for a no show appoint and she passed away. I happen to be in need of medical help while out of town, as I live in California. Called many places around and this place was the only one that could schedule me in last minute. So very thankful for that. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Dr. Kuder is very thorough ask very pertinent questions, and really listen to my needs, which many Dr. nowadays don't. I usually feel like just another patient. I wish I had this type of care near home. Over all wait time, cleanliness, and professionalism was great. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Patient Abandonment can be criminal and a form of medical malpractice. Waiting area is small, 8 ft ceiling and not amicable to Covid prevention. After repeated wait times of 1-2 hrs wait for appointment we walked out Was refused refill prescriptions while searching for a replacement primary care doctor which could have resulted in sickness or death. Horrible place to go to. I went in for a skin issue and Dr didn't even seem concern about my health, just wasted the first visit in asking background history of yourself (meaning meddling in personal life) did not refer to dermatologist or order lab work to find out what I had going on. Avoid this place at all cost as there is so many RED flags of cancellation fees and no insurance upfront cost flyers in their window. Seem sketchy the way they ask for SSN for insurance info too even though you provide your insurance card. The reason I gave this place a try was because it was one of my nearest options to my home then, but it took THE one visit to never step foot there again. read more

***UPDATE*** We just received the bill from the labs. According to the reviews people seemed to be pleased with Dr. Kruder, whom we've never met. I have to wonder if he even knows that his name is attached to these unauthorized tests. This is no way to earn the trust of the public. ***Prior post*** Covid-19 vs. Full Respiratory Panel: Know what they are ordering. Get everything in writing before any service. We went in for a Covid-19 test-only. This facility ordered a Full Respiratory Panel in addition to the Covid-19 test, stating that it was standard procedure. Our insurance company, like most, will only Covid-19, which is what we ordered. We never saw a doctor at this facility. When I asked why some facilities charge less, he said, "You get what you pay for." We went in for a Covid-19 test only, so...no, we did not get what we paid for. read more

My Family goes to Steven Kuder NP and we LOVE him! He really takes his time and does his best to help his patients. If you want a caring compassionate dr. Than this is the place to come! "Doctor" kuder is a joke, and Needs to go back to medical school. I would avoid him if you care about your health. Staff is just as bad as Steven kuder. They don't care to help and have an attitude. Steven Kuder is the best Primary Care Manager that we have found in Yuma. After my wife was in a car accident, no one did anything for her except run test after test, until we changed to Dr Kuder. He spent almost two hours with her and did a very thorough exam. He was the only one in Yuma that actually got her help. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated like a person and see someone that actually cares about you. read more

Dr Steven Kuder and his nurse Crystal make this a doctor you want to see the doctor takes his time and helps you as the patient going threw all your meds and how you are feeling the doctor is someone I have recommended to many friends and he has not let them down he treats every patient the same way the nurse crystal is also a great asset to the team helping the doctor with the patients if you don't have him as a doctor it is your loss read more

Steven Kuder is a great medical professional. He has given me great treatment and referrals if needed. The only negative is that in order to talk to notify him of some issue, like issues with filling an RX the front staff insists you make an appointment. Sometimes I have to have two or three appointments to get my RX issues resolved. read more

When I arrived for my appointment the staff wasn't even there yet including the doctor. My file wasn't reviewed prior to my appointment. The doctor was unprofessional and kept trying to get me to subscribe to some herbal pseudoscience garbage and didn't take my concerns seriously at all. The clients waiting in the office kept telling me that Dr. Kuder was the best and that he was worth the wait. They were 100% correct! Dr. Kuder did an incredibly thorough examination.
