At first I had my doubts about acupuncture. Now I'm a believer in this method specifically for pain…read morerelief. A few months before my primary doctor ignored my questions about back pain and suggested I take over the counter pain medication. Later, my lower back pain spread down to the backside of my left leg. At that time, a pain specialist determined I suffered from severe sciatica pain and surgery was probably the only solution. My pain started in my lower back and radiated to my glutes, hamstrings and when standing it would shoot sharp pain to my calf. Dr. Elise Mankoska knew exactly how to relieve my pain. She was very knowledgeable about acupuncture, insightful about natural ways to heal my body, and reassuring throughout my whole process. Prior to getting acupuncture, I was basically immobile for a whole month without much movement. The only comfortable position was laying on my stomach. My first time coming to Dr. Mankoska, my pain level was a 8 out of 10. She made controlling my pain a priority and did everything she could to help me. She made me feel important and valued as a patient by listening and paying attention to my concerns. After 3 visits, I was almost 90% recovered. After a whole month of severe sciatic pain, I was finally starting to have some relief. I also tried chiropractic care prior to this with no change in my condition. Im glad I decided to try acupuncture. As I continue to strive to be a healthier me, and manage the ways I can control my pain, I will continue to do acupuncture and have regular visits with Dr. Mankoska! Thank you Dr. Elise Mankoska I am grateful for you and your staff & appreciate all your help!!! Top tier service!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office itself was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which I appreciated. The chiropractor (Chloe) was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns clearly, and I did feel some relief after my adjustment. The only downside for me was that the visit felt a bit rushed--almost like an assembly line. While everything was efficient, I would have appreciated a little more one-on-one time and a slower pace to feel fully heard and personalized. That said, if you're looking for a well-run office with professional care and quick appointments, this could be a good fit. I'd recommend it, especially for those who value efficiency and no need for appointments scheduled in advance.

Although everyone's journey is different and healing takes time and patience, I can't recommend Michael at Cradic enough. I'm forever grateful that God used him to help heal me. Interestingly, I didn't initially seek treatment for my migraines--I went in for what I thought was a dislocated toe, but it turned out to be a pinched nerve in my back, which is now completely gone and pain-free.

Come 2019, I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Dr. Art, he could not find my file, fine no problem, he scheduled an appointment for me for May 13th. Come May 13th, I cancelled that appointment that morning because the night before I had an emergency gallbladder removal, and that was explained to Elena (his front staff). I called again in June to schedule another appointment now that a good month had passed from my surgery. My appointment was set for June 18th at 3pm. As I arrived, Elena didn't have an appointment for me. I was informed by Dr. Art as he walked out of his office, that he took me off the schedule for not being an established patient because I hadn't been there since 2006, and this Dr. has a very dry humor so here I thought he was trying to be funny. I mean there was nobody, NOBODY... in the waiting room and obviously he was not with a patient. He continued to inform me that he took me off for several cancelled appointments, for being late to appointments and because I have not been there since 2006, he will not be seeing me today and for any future appointments and that I go and find other chiropractor care elsewhere. He turned around and just walked away and back into his office. How could I ever be late when I have not had services since 2006...? And, I had legitimate reason why I cancelled my appointment. The way he approached me and talked to me made me feel horrible, he was outright unprofessional, arrogant and immature to act that way. This is a true reflection of his character and abilities as a doctor. If he personally cancelled my appointment why did he wait until I took time off of work and wait in his office to come out and say this to me during the appointment time and not before. I was wondering why his office was empty with no patients there... now I know why, he is UNPROFESSIONAL. He is not that "Dr." anymore maybe he should get out of the business if this is the way he is now. There are other great professional Chiropractors in Yuma, go to one of them.
