I no longer need migraine medication, painkillers, or caffeine just to get through the workday. Although everyone's journey is different and healing takes time and patience, I can't recommend Michael at Cradic enough. I'm forever grateful that God used him to help heal me. Interestingly, I didn't initially seek treatment for my migraines--I went in for what I thought was a dislocated toe, but it turned out to be a pinched nerve in my back, which is now completely gone and pain-free.

He was able to get scheduled for the next day & over the next 2 weeks had regular appointments to address the lower back issues. He was not pressured to continue with care after the initial couple of visits with the doctor stating he would be surprised if hubby actually needed to come back. Absolutely would recommend them for all your chiropractic needs.

At first I had my doubts about acupuncture. Now I'm a believer in this method specifically for pain…read morerelief. A few months before my primary doctor ignored my questions about back pain and suggested I take over the counter pain medication. Later, my lower back pain spread down to the backside of my left leg. At that time, a pain specialist determined I suffered from severe sciatica pain and surgery was probably the only solution. My pain started in my lower back and radiated to my glutes, hamstrings and when standing it would shoot sharp pain to my calf. Dr. Elise Mankoska knew exactly how to relieve my pain. She was very knowledgeable about acupuncture, insightful about natural ways to heal my body, and reassuring throughout my whole process. Prior to getting acupuncture, I was basically immobile for a whole month without much movement. The only comfortable position was laying on my stomach. My first time coming to Dr. Mankoska, my pain level was a 8 out of 10. She made controlling my pain a priority and did everything she could to help me. She made me feel important and valued as a patient by listening and paying attention to my concerns. After 3 visits, I was almost 90% recovered. After a whole month of severe sciatic pain, I was finally starting to have some relief. I also tried chiropractic care prior to this with no change in my condition. Im glad I decided to try acupuncture. As I continue to strive to be a healthier me, and manage the ways I can control my pain, I will continue to do acupuncture and have regular visits with Dr. Mankoska! Thank you Dr. Elise Mankoska I am grateful for you and your staff & appreciate all your help!!! Top tier service!

I made a last minute appointment for a facial, literally 2 hours in advance!! I had been thinking…read moreabout getting one but just kept putting it off. I had heard a lot of good comments from friends about their facials with Shelley, so I figured it was my turn to have the same experience! When I arrived for my appointment, there was nobody at the desk and was not immediately greeted. I glanced into the salon area and saw an employee but she only glanced at me and continued with what she was doing. The front desk gentleman entered through the front door a moment later. He greeted me politely and had me complete a short questionnaire and then Shelley whisked me away to the spa facial room. The room was inviting and calming. Shelley said she would also be providing a foot and hand massage during the session. This was an added surprise as I had only expected to receive a facial! She instructed me to remove, at a minimum, my shirt, bra, watch and had I been wearing them, earrings, while she stepped outside. She asked me to get onto the massage bed after I disrobed and she would return momentarily. I did as directed and climbed under the sheets and became very comfortable on the heated bed. There was a pillow placed at knee level and I felt real cozy. As I lay there, listening to the soothing music, I was comfortable and relaxed when Shelley entered the room. Shelley informed me she would first have a look at my skin under a bright light and magnifier so she would have a better idea which of the services would be best for my skin. (I have a 10X mini magnifier mirror that's really dangerous for anyone to be looking at themselves in and all I could think of was....Oh my gosh she's really going to be grossed out! haha She wasn't! ) After examining my skin she explained 3 different facials she could perform (Fluid Facial $75, Collagen Facial $85, or Microdermabrasion $95). She recommended the collagen treatment. I won't go through every little thing that went on during that hour, but I can tell you it was all so wonderfully relaxing! The facial, the foot massage and the hand massage were all the highlight of my day. My skin feels very clean and I feel absolutely fantastic! I need to treat myself to this way more often! If you have been wanting to get yourself a facial, I highly recommend calling and making your appointment with Shelley. She's a real sweetie and definitely made me feel special and comfortable in my own skin! I'll be back next month.
