Well, I gave this place the benifit of the doubt when I called and tried to schedule a consultation. I called on a weekday morning and I was told to hold on, then hung up on, for 12 times. I thought their phone wasn't working, but no, the guy receptionist kept on hanging up on me. He even said, you know you keep on calling isn't going to get you an appointment any faster... and I thought the reviews on Yelp here were outdated but no, they weren't. In my experience theyvare very direct in giving you what you need & quick to get you in and out. All the dermatologists were very nice, professional, & willing to answer any questions you had. As someone who struggled with acne and the scars that come with it their help has helped me become more comfortable with my own skin. read more

Ok- I have to weigh in here as well. There is NO reason why this practice needs to have such bad reviews! The doctor needs to figure out where the lapse is... where is the care falling behind? I brought my mother, who has dementia, and is fretful, almost frantic to be in one place for so long. My sister brought her the first time and she had to leave after an hour and a half. THe wait was ridiculous. So on the second visit I called ahead and explained the situation- the staff that day was mindful and got us into a private room after only 15 minutes out front. So I was fairly positive- the doctor's appointment literally took two minutes and we were on our way. However, we went in today and I did the same thing as before: called ahead. The front desk clerk said she would alert the staff...oh my! One staff member called us up after ten minutes and said she was a new patient. Huh?! We already checked in! So we clarified, my poor shuffled back to seat... then we were called in... beyond the door, there is a teaming staff... but this staff needs more training! The little girl walked behind us then ahead of very quickly... not mindful that this is a frail old woman. Then, the guy taking the blood pressure didn't even have her put both feet on the ground When the PA came in- she was wonderful! Patient and kind, but this will not compensate for the lack of office staff training and the over booking. My sense is that they are focusing on money and products, not patients. More training if you want loyal patients! read more

Rude, unorganized, unprepared and very unprofessional front desk staff - doctor was rushed when she gave the consultation and offered the most expensive package first - scam! Never returning. Beware! Oh yeah, and they make you wait long no matter if you have an appointment, why bother making one. read more

I have been attending this dermatology center for years.. I moved to another state and continued visiting this place when possible to take care of my skin. Every consultation you catch up on whatever is going on in your life, you befriend the doctors and staff, right? So when Doctor Dang burned my face with laser because I was left in the waiting room with a numbing lotion way too long that it lost effectiveness...I tried to be understanding. I figured yes, my face is completely burned, it hurt, it peeled, and broke out after using second degree ointment she gave me, I thought she would try to fix it. She did not want to fix it.. I am here going to another doctor to fix the burns and side effects this doctor I thought cared about her patients completely failed. This doctor has lost all of my respect. Please do not go to this place, go anywhere else and be very much informed. You deserve better. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! So unprofessional! Tried calling to schedule an appointment. First I was on hold for over 10 minutes! Called Back and the woman that answered said she only checked in new patients and that I needed to hold again for someone else to pick up! Hung up called back then she said they were extremely busy and suggested I try another Dermatologist! You don't want my business that's fine! But don't toy with me and keep me on hold just to refer me to another Dermatologist! Thought I'd give this place a try and I am glad I didn't! Don't waste your time! read more

She did a nice job of addressing all the things I went in for. There was a billing issue and the clerk in charge of billing was extremely nice and handled it for me and I value that kind of service! They are busy but they are hiring more people to be able to keep up. read more

No hand sanitizer at all! Dirty lobby with most staff not wearing ppe correctly. My child's info was sent from my primary doctor and was told "you only need these forms" which were copies of what they had already (which included payment information). Rude front desk staff would not accept the paperwork or the info on it. Ok fine I told them I can get it faxed now whatever you need while I had the primary doc on the phone..no working fax. Weird because I work in a clinic and we can't survive the day without our fax! Tried explaining my insurance isn't paying for this so I didn't need to give the card I didn't bring. They would not see my child because we didn't have insurance card we're not using! So frustrating trying to explain this to them. She asked me to go home and get the card (kinda hard when I live an hour away). I went on the website and emailed the "contact us" information and did not receive any feedback. This place doesn't care for their patients during this pandemic! Please stay away if u are high risk!! Go somewhere clean where they also follow cdc guide lines! read more

As a former patient, I decided to be loyal and schedule at this location even though I do not live here anymore (visiting). However, I was told that since it's been several years, I would be considered a "new" patient . I was informed that the next appointment for getting tx as a new pt. was not available until sometime in August. Wow...after I explained that I will be out of the country for a few months and needed this appt. I was given the same speech. I guess I'm done going to this place. read more

I made the appointment a month age for myself and my husband it was for 9:15 am it is now 10:20am and we still haven't been seen. I make it a point to arrive at scheduled appointments early out of respect for the doctors time and the other patients time and I expect the same treatment in return! Very disappointing. We are very limited in our choices of dermatology doctors. I guess they thought they could fool us by their new fancy office, too bad they didn't up their patients quality of service. read more

young girls in the back office along side the doctors are very professional and have excellent bed side manners. It is clear that they enjoy their job and make patients like myself feel very comfortable. although I can not say the same for the rest of the staff. Absolutely horrible customer service women at front desk were talking about how her boyfriend made her gumbo let me sit at the desk until she was done chatting with her coworker it then took me an hour to get To see the doctor when I arrived 5 min early to my appointment time and were unprofessional the whole time! read more

Never again will I step foot in this office! First off the lobby is packed with people and dirty, that should have been my clue to get out. I waited an hour pass my appointment time for my name to be called. I go into the exam room to find a filthy exam tray with a full SYRINGE left on it. Who knows how long it had been there and what was in it! Gross me out! Then and there I decided that the doc was not going to put a single instrument anywhere near my body. He came in with a nurse, was in the room literally less than five minutes, and left I without either one noticing the needle or saying anything about the condition the room was in. I'm thankful to get out of there without contracting a disease! I would give negative stars if I could. I'm on hold with the Department of Health to report them right now! read more

This is a great Dr. office!!! Dr. Anthony and his wife are the kindest Doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Anthony Huynh has done several biopsies on me, I never even felt the needle. I trust them with all of mine and my families dermatology needs. My children see Dr. Dang and they love her. Though they are busy at times, that just tells me how good they are. Everyone goes there! Also, they have taken me in when I didn't even have a appointment. I've heard only good things about these Doctors and their staff. read more
