They provided incredible support by hiring our own family members to care for her, alongside their own fantastic team when we needed extra hours covered. Arisol was a true blessing to work with. She called me every single week to make sure we had the coverage we needed, and she always stepped in to help the moment she sensed I was feeling overwhelmed. Even when life changed (like when my son joined the Army) Synergy adapted right away by hiring another family member and supplementing with their own staff. They treated my mom like family, showing her the utmost respect and tenderness. I cannot recommend them enough. Synergy is is top notch for our needs. They visit with my father every morning, making him breakfast, noting his blood pressure, reminding him of his meds, cleaning and providing companionship. They come in the morning 7 days a week for two hours and twice a day on the weekends for a total of 4 hours. I love to hear him giggle and talk about how much he loves when they come see him. I wish I had known about their services sooner. But we were hesitant to bring anyone in. Lack of training and supervision. Used company twice. The first time we used this company the caregiver had no experience with dementia, she would antagonize and fight with my mom. I stopped using them until my mom passed away and began using them again for my father months later when his health declined. I very quickly became concerned about the personal information that was being shared between my father and the young woman who was the age of his grandkids. There was something odd about the relationship. I requested that the company change her out for someone else and explained why, but they INCREASED her hours without me knowing. Then the caregiver used a throw rug from the bathroom floor as a shower mat resulting in a horrible accident for my father. I was unaware that the caregiver had no experience administering showers, or that she was told by the assisted living facility that she should not be trying to shower him by herself, it was a two-person job. I live three hours from my father and in hindsight should have thrown her out the minute I had that creepy intuition. My father spent six months in a hospital healing after his fall. I still deal with the mental effects of both the fall and the "relationship" issues. read more

I have been looking online for HomeCare services in Arizona, for someone to help with taking care of my grandma while my husband and I are working. I was hesitant at first and nervous because this will be the first time someone besides family will be watching my grandmother. When I called a lady name Breanna answer the phone and she was wonderful. I told her how nervous I felt with looking for HomeCare services. She made me feel at ease and comfortable she was able to answer all my question without hesitation. I want to say that I have received excellent care with Synergy Home Care in Yuma. Nice and helpful.

We have experienced inconsistent service with Synergy. The staff coming in are not adequately trained or experienced in the basics of cleaning which is the service we mainly have. The person who is my Dad's contact for complaints has only delivered what seems to be lip service. We were told he would have the same help consistently but everyday is a new person who we have to take the time to train each time. The help coming to the house are always personable & kind but that is the best of it. My Dad is in a wheel chair and it is not possible for him to guide the help or make sure they do a good job. I feel he is being taken advantage of and not considered a priority customer. Synergy has top rating on their website but when I posted a review they did not like it was removed. My Dad did make phone calls to the office when he had concerns, but the answers he got of promises for consistent (same) help coming in did not come about. The idea that an elderly man in a wheel chair should have to train Synergy's cleaning staff is unacceptable. read more

I just want to say thank you Synergy Home Care! My husband had shoulder replacement and we had Synergy Home Care come in when I went to work to "check on him" , help with his physical therapy, cook lunch and pamper him. What a great job the girls did, and we will definitely use Synergy Home Care next time there is a need. What great caregivers! read more
