Their service was exceptional--empathetic, compassionate, and professional from beginning to end. I especially appreciated that they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offer a convenient pickup service. During such a heartbreaking time, they were incredibly understanding of our grief and never once made us feel rushed, especially when it came to payment. They gave us the time and space we needed to mourn our beloved pet. The urn they created for us was beautiful and included so many thoughtful touches. It was clear that they truly cared about honoring our pet and helping our family through the process. I highly recommend Gentle Journey. They treated our pet and our family with such kindness and compassion, and we are very grateful we trusted them during such a difficult time.

I didn't know what to do or who to call. I first contacted another place, but unfortunately, they weren't very helpful and didn't offer much guidance or even condolences. Then I found this place, and I'm so grateful I did. A sweet girl named Zaira was so kind and helpful. She took the time to explain everything they offered and answered all my questions. Right away, I felt comfortable and, in such a difficult moment, I felt some comfort knowing Lily was in good hands. They picked up our Lily whenever we were ready, and everyone we spoke with was so kind and respectful. I also really loved the urn they provided for her. It was beautiful and something we will always cherish. Thank you so much to Zaira and the entire staff for treating Lily and our family with such kindness during one of the hardest moments we've ever experienced. I truly appreciate everything you did for us.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about and the care they gave our beloved dog, Sir Perceval…read more Fifteen years ago, we used this company when it was still Guardian Animal Aftercare for our two rescue dogs, and the compassion we experienced then stayed with us all these years. When Sir Perceval passed away, I immediately remembered them and reached out again. From the first phone call to bringing him home, every single step was handled with kindness, professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion. Our aftercare specialist, Laura, at the Sun Valley location, stayed with us through the entire process and treated both us and our beloved pup with such dignity and care. The visitation experience was absolutely transformative for our grieving hearts. When we entered the room, Sir Perceval was resting peacefully on a soft bed, covered with a plush blanket, he looked like he was sleeping soundly, covered in a cozy blanket with flowers carefully arranged around him. The room was softly lit, peaceful music played in the background, and there were comfortable sofas where we could sit with him as long as we needed. We cried, hugged him, and said goodbye in a space that felt safe, loving, and deeply respectful. The thoughtful details meant everything to us -- when picking up his cremains, as emotional as it was, we appreciated the elegant, color coordinated packaging, the velvet bag his urn was wrapped in, the lovely engraving, his precious paw print. The service provided was exceptional in every way. In one of the most painful moments of our lives, West Coast Pet Memorial gave us peace and a final memory of our beloved dog that we will cherish forever. We are endlessly grateful.

My heart goes out to those reading this who are experiencing the loss of their pet…read more The services West Coast Pet Memorial provided were beautiful and brought us comfort at a time of unbearable pain. I had to write a 5-star review to memorialize our experience, and to have ready to recommend my friends when the time does come. I have relatives who have been quoted exploitative prices in the thousands for pet cremation from other places, so their choices were very narrow and traumatizing. Fortunately, here it was really affordable for a private cremation for a small dog and we had a selection of beautiful keepsakes to choose from. Our beloved dog Big Bear, an 8-lb Pomeranian just shy of his 16th birthday, passed away at the emergency vet on Monday. I picked up his ashes on Saturday and buried him on Sunday. The emergency vet had a partnership with West Coast Pet Memorial Services. I received an email to call about cremation services and keepsakes. The staff were very kind, offering their condolences. The private cremation service was affordable, less than $200 for a small dog, and came with a few complimentary urns. We opted to pay for a biodegradable urn with pressed flowers so we could bury his remains in the garden. For the keepsakes, we purchased clay paw prints, ink paw prints, ink nose prints, and fur clippings. We wondered if we were doing too much, but we have no regrets! The keepsakes were great quality, and so, so good. The prints were all so well done. My brother got the fur clippings, which I decided not to get because I had clipped some fur myself, and I wished I got my own because the sight of his fur and the volume in the baggie brought me such comfort. When I went to pick up his remains, the place was quiet and clean. The staff were really kind. Another person came in saying they were bringing in their pet. No matter how your goodbye looks, I trust this place to handle with care and tenderness. My family and I are truly grateful.

We don't have children yet, so our animals are our extended family. Choosing a company that would offer the same type of compassion was important. This is where Mobile Pet Creations came to the rescue. Our emergency call came after hours. Our dog's health was just declining, and we didn't want her to suffer any longer. After prayer and contemplation, we made the decision towards Mobile Pet Creations. The doctor arrived the next day. She was punctual. We didn't know what to expect, but fortunately, she was patient and guided us through every step. My husband and I were thankful, our other dogs had the opportunity to say their goodbyes. Most thankful and appreciative, of the opportunity the doctor allowed my husband to help her carry our Pup out to the car. It was synonymous to carrying a loved ones coffin. We were able to capture this moment in our cameras, and now will have it forever for memory. Choosing between the vet or my home, I would choose my home for my dog's last breath. I surely hope, that others who love their pets would make the same decision. Wouldn't you want your pet to be comforted in a place they call home, when the pass the rainbow bridge? For that, I would highly recommend Mobile Pet Creations.

And he handled Mello with great care. They got Mello back to us within a week and stayed in constant communication during the process. I hope I never have to use your services again, but if I do, I will definitely give you a call. If anyone needs your services, I will highly recommend you. You would place your pet there and say your proper good bye, the process it feels more complete to me at least ... Scott is very patient and he gives a lot of time, he also has a lot cats, so I think he understands perfectly what every owner is going through, that we didn't just lose a pet. We lost a family. Scott gives a very peaceful and warm energy that you feel like you can entrust your pet with him and he would take good care of your pet. I think that's what every pet owner needs because we feel so vulnerable at a moment like this... Btw, He also doesn't take the payment until he is done with the service.

What is truly remarkable about Scott is that he has this Morgan freeman vibe to him. Somehow he brings peace to your heart knowing your pet is in the best hands possible. His prices are very reasonable and affordable if your pet passes after veterinary hours or over the weekend. Scott gives excellent detailed instructions, next steps, and turn around timeframes. Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. Cutie is looking down from heaven and is saying thank you Mommy for being there for me-I love you! and I love you too!! Thank you Ariel for your artistic abilities and most importantly for the compassion you have for animals. I'm so grateful for what you've done and I value you! -Marisol V.
