Without a doubt, what Dr. Brieana and the wonderful people at the Compassionate Pet Vet Care Team provided was infinitely more humane than any of the alternative scenarios that came with excessive or pointless restrictions from those that refused to help us in our time of need. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for what you all did for us and for Gemma to ensure her last moments were with her family in comfort and peace. This place deserves a million stars!

When she arrived, my baby had a rush of energy and wanted to play outside in the grass. She assured me that it was okay to take our time and let her enjoy outside one last time. We sat and she listened to my stories about her life, and when she wanted to go inside, we went in and she was given the sedative. She was so peaceful and laid in her bed. Then, she passed while the doctor and I talked about her life and how wonderful she was. It was the hardest day of my life, but the easiest day of my sweet baby Gracie's. It was worth every penny. I have never seen such a peaceful ending. There are not words big enough to communicate my gratitude. The end of her life was so sacred, which is more than most of us people get. This has helped my grieving process immensely. I know for certain this was the best ending that could have been for my sweet angel. Thank you so much.

They helped us through hospice care and eventually saying goodbye to our German Shepherd, Diego, last December. Then, just six months later, we went through the same experience with our pittie - Sammie. In both situations, the staff was compassionate, patient, and respectful of what our family was going through. Most recently, we rushed our German Shepherd, Gunner, in with what I feared was bloat. Thankfully, it wasn't, but he was diagnosed with a severe prostate infection requiring immediate treatment. They were able to get him in quickly, address the situation, and provide the care he needed. He's now home recovering! Having experienced everything from routine veterinary visits to emergencies, hospice care, and euthanasia, we've seen firsthand how this team handles a wide range of situations. Good veterinary care matters, but so does how you're treated during stressful and difficult circumstances -- professionalism, communication, and genuine concern.

Mango and I shared over a decade together and she was far more than just a pet. Mango saw me through two cancer diagnosis, heartbreak, moves across state lines, job transfers, many triumphs and we shared in many small moments of everyday gratitude. She was my soul dog and when she passed naturally of old age in my arms I was devastated. Carlson pet memorial became an anchor point and rock in my grieving journey and im truly blessed to have found them. They where communicative, patient and kind. Upon arrival with mango we where greeted in the parking lot with a beautiful cart to help carry her in. Inside the building is peaceful and comforting. Abraham and his wife took such great care of us. Abraham talked us through the entire process. I felt very safe that I was leaving mango in good hands. Before taking her back they gave us private time to mourn with mango. I did not feel hurried or as if I was an inconvenience, quite the opposite! I left a rose with mango and they dried it and returned it with her remains which was very thoughtful. The process was easy and we had mango back in what felt like no time. When I went to recieve her remains she was in a beautiful wooden box and everything was packaged with care. They helped to memorialize my darling fur baby and I'll be forever grateful. The Carlson's brought my family peace in a time of deep grieving and dignity to Mango who was a very good girl. The process itself is honestly amazing, the science behind it is sound, mangos remains are pure and I plan to plant a mango tree with some of them since the entire process is environmentally friendly. I highly recommend aquamation and Carlson pet memorial if you've lost a fur baby. These people truly are animal lovers and good hearted humans. Your fur baby is safe in their loving hands.

From the owner: We are here to care for pet parents that consider their loving pet as part of their family…read more Aquamation is a water based form of pet cremation ( we use water NOT fire like standard crematoriums). Your beloved will be placed within its own stainless steel compartment which guarantees you get your pet and only your pet back. The process consists of a gentle flow of a warm water and alkaline (which is found naturally in soil and is also used in food and makeup). The process mimics the natural process that a body goes through when it is placed in the earth and can take 3 months to 7 year, but Aquamation completes the process in about 22 hrs. Unlike fire cremation you get 20-30% more pure white soft remains back (versus charred coarse remains blackened by soot) This is because tender bones are not incinerated and the ash isn’t sucked out by heavy fans and smoke stacks. Aquamation is also the most environmentally responsible form of pet interment. Unlike fire pet cremation, Aquamation doesn’t directly emit any harmful greenhouse gases and mercury into the Texas environment. I explain this , not to over share but to ensure that you know that your pet is being put through the most gentle, respectful and dignified interment. Your pet family member deserves nothing less because of all the love, loyalty and value they added to your life. Carlson Pet Memorial is family owned and will always treat you with compassion and care. Please visit us at aquamatexas.com.

I have had HousePaws taking care of my guys's vaccinations and check ups for the last year and a half. They are always on time, are very courteous when entering/exiting, and they are very patient with my nervous dog. After a couple of visits he has warmed up to them and shots/taking blood are much easier. The visit fee is worth the convenience. We hired them for Petyr, (new kitten) wellness check, as well as Fanger and Sooki (2 adult cats) wellness checkups plus rabies updates. Tamie suggested starting the booster shots for the kitten, which we added for his safety. Totally worth it. Everything went as per usual. But my longest owned cat has some difficulty. We will get his shot on the next visit. Tamie is a plethora of information, detailed and so very kind. I am so happy we hired HousePaws of Austin. Cannot wait to see them for the next booster for Petyr and get Fanger squared away. 100% happy with my decision hiring Tamie, this vist would have been 50 times worse at the vet clinic. I cannot say enough positive words about this company!
