They couldn't bring their truck up (to big and ceilings to low) so my guy walked up, assessed the situation, called for back up and they pushed the car around the corner and down the parking garage ramp, then down a block to a side street. Now the truck could load and get me to my favorite repair shop, JP Automotive, on the westside. Thank you budget towing for thinking out of the box and not stoping at "it can't be done." I called AAA, and the first tow turned down my call realizing that I needed to be towed 75 miles--after I already had to wait 90 min. After multiple other attempts, Ahmed from A&A decided to take the call and go 45 min out of his way, since he remembered hearing my service request 4 hours prior while he was completing another tow. He literally went out of his way knowing how far I was stranded and didn't want me to have to suffer on a Sunday. Welcomed reminder that there's really good people in this world. The tow itself was also 5 stars - everything went smoothly. He had a truck with a truck-bed which my AWD vehicle required. Had great conversation the entire way, and calmed my nerves during an otherwise stressful day.

A good faith deposit was given to Mr. Raymond for the services. We were notified a few days before the pickup date by Mr. Raymond that his mother had passed away and he would not be able to provide the services we requested. I have contacted Mr. Raymond regarding the refund of the good faith $1000 deposit. He has since blocked my calls and refuses to discuss the return of the deposit.
