Personable, responsive, flexible KIND, and so customer-centric, it is nothing short of enviable. Facility is secure and clean, the climate controls are exactly where they need to be, and my valuables, art, furnishings, and clothes have fared very well (yup - monthly examinations), from the viscous hot summer through the biting cold of December. You just might want to hang out and relax after unpacking your stuff. It feels like a cafe when you enter and are greeted by two smiling faces. The experience, strangely for a storage facility, has been one that one might get when they are serviced in a nice coffee shop or restaurant. The movers told me that I could just file a claim for the damages and I would get reimbursed. After their 90 day wait period for claims turn around, I was denied of everything. Their quote is also a complete lie. There were multiple fees that were left out of the initial quote, making their final charge 3x more than what I was quoted. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Edit: The company owner's pitiful response to this post is their way of pretending they care about customer service. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made since with no response from this company. They DO NOT care about their customers experience, only want your money. STAY AWAY.
