Despite being told by staff that a system-generated overcharge for December would be waived, the issue was never resolved. Public Storage ceased all electronic communication--failing to send the usual payment reminders or receipts--which gave the false impression that my account was closed and settled. Today, Feb 3, 2026, I was notified that I have been turned over to collections (Cedars Business Services) for a debt I was told didn't exist. This is predatory billing and a complete failure of customer service.

I didn't even get the notification to my phone like I do for my payment reminders, luckily I was cleaning my emails and saw it, then logged in to confirm it on the app. Its like it goes up every 6 months, yet on the website for my storage location/size they have the starting pricing at what I paid. I guess when they dont get the business us customer have to pay. I will never spend my money here again. Its not worth it.

I sent them an email, the representative confirm the rate and date with me, and it is done. We sent our moving at 9:00 in the morning, the movers came around 10:00. We didn't mind, we just trying to pack a few more things in our car during that time. The service was okay, two helper came out with a truck, which you can choose based on your need. We packed and moved some of our small items, we are hiring the movers for the furnitures mainly. Ken and his helper wrapped things decently. We had a few things scratched, but they are old furnitures, we didn't care that much. We were moving to another location within 30 minutes drive without traffic. The drive took 35 minutes with traffic, they charged us for one hour which is in their policy. Because they are charging hourly, they were a bit slow as we expected. It took us around 6 hours to move our two-bedroom furnitures FYI. We will use their service again in the future.

We had them pick up some furniture from a store warehouse on the way to the new apartment. They loaded up the furniture from that other place quickly and moved right along to the final destination. They worked really well together as a team. They were in constant communication with each other to make sure that they were angling things properly and keeping them secured. The price was reasonable for all of the work that they did. We really appreciate the effort and hard work they put into this move. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

The facility is extremely clean. It smells nice. They have security in the evenings so feel comfortable coming at night. And the place in climate controlled. I was able to get a prorated rate due to mid month move in as well as a discount for having my own rental insurance. WHOOT WHOOT!

Tommys wife even called the bank and verified the check. I'm sorry but that sounds very suspicious to me. I have never heard of giving someone your money and leaving with no product and no guarantee that the product is yours. Tommy could have been upfront with my husband before he drove 2.5 hours to pick up the travel trailer. Or worked with my husband and his wife who again verified the check since he knew my husband drove 2.5 hours to do business!
