They cancelled on me…read more Emailing me at 9am, when they were suppose to be moving me that day, is the most unprofessional despicable thing a company can do to someone that is selling there house and has to be out. Really puts me extremely out when you have to be out of your house due to selling. Actually more than extremely put out. What a shameful horrible thing that a moving company can do to a person. I paid you 500$ to hold my spot. Why the hell wouldn't you send at least a few people to get something done. I was promised 9 people and 3 trucks in my contract. I called, emailed, texted....all I got was an email cancelling. Horrible company. Horrible. Use them at your own risk. If you need to be out of your house by a certain date, do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE LEFT HIGH AND. DRY.

Well I've been looking for a place to store my race trailer for a few weeks now and I ran across…read morethis little place not a mile from my house. The sign out front said "VACANCY", so I quite literally thought it was a sign from above. Well I called on Monday afternoon and didn't get anyone, so I left a message. They called me back the following day and the owner/operator Wayne told me a spot would be 55.00 per month. I told him that was a bit high, and went about my day. Well after getting busy for the week and neglecting my duties of looking for a spot I called him back and offered 50.00 per month and I'd pay him in cash for the next 3 months. He declined and told me his price was set. I called the next day and told him I'd take a spot for a month. He told me he wouldn't be at the business that day and to come by tomorrow after lunch. I found it strange that he didn't keep actual business hours but still answered the phone during the work day. Needless to say, I called him at 2pm the following day and he lit into me about not showing up earlier in the day. We'd never set a time and he wasn't specific about when to come by so I apologized but he told me to do business with someone else and he didn't want to do business with me. Basically, these guys are a mom and pop storage place run by a jackleg, cranky, old, quazi senile man who doesn't like to stay at his office nor does he like to provide any level of customer service. Best of luck to them because I found storage from another place for half their price a mile down the road and the owners are super nice. Stay away from this place.

He and I chatted about what I needed (a space for an RV). He quoted a price and actually lowered it when he realized we desired a longer term (not just a month or two). He wasn't sure of what spaces were available so he told me to email him as a reminder. The next day I had my answer and they even measured the spot to make sure our RV would fit. Overall I am pleased so far!

A friend in the metro recommended another Towing company they'd used and a couple of other friends…read morerecommended Allatoona Towing. I got quotes from both places and the other place quoted $100 more than Allatoona Towing. Also, 'AT' shared their formula for calculating what they charge... I like that So the other place had a decently fancy website and offered the option to text, not just call... that seemed cool. But I don't see those 'perks' added up to $100 difference. Tim was awesome! Answered my call promptly, let me know the basic info, and said we could touch base again the following week to nail down the schedule for a pickup. Tim drove really great, solid driving performance and tie down too... keeping my car secured on his flat bed... didn't move an inch. Took his time without driving like a maniac or tailgating people (like I've seen some jerks in wreckers do) All around Solid Service... and very well mannered too... Thanks Tim, Allatoona Towing... hope I don't ever need your service again... but if I do, You're my first choice! Cheers! ~Net

Brian helped me with my purchase and was training another employee at the time and he was super professional and super friendly. While I knew what hitch I wanted I had no idea about anything else. Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! And today I finally had a chance use the hitch. Everything worked great, the lights worked and it all felt so secure. I won't hesitate to come back it I need any more trailering/hitch equipment.
