Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Avoid this place…read more They have signs posted that advertise the first month is free. Of course they came up with a reason that I was not eligible, so I had to pay for the first month. I was forced to pay an additional fee for their insurance, even though my property is already insured. Two to three weeks after I signed up, I noticed that they were offering spaces similar to mine for about $70/month less than I was paying. When I asked them about this, they basically said I was SOL. They have bushes at the entrance that block your view of oncoming traffic. When I pulled out and almost got hit by a car, I notified the manager and asked her to have the bushes cut back for safety reasons. She assured me that she would have it taken care of, but it's been about six weeks and it's still overgrown and unsafe. You will not have 24-hour access to your storage unit. The manager lives there and she does not want to be bothered between 10pm and 6am. I'm looking forward to moving my stuff to another storage facility. I was told that I must give at least 15 days notice to avoid paying the next month's rent.

I truly loved the way The Boardwalk Storage facility operates because you have one person, and only one person, that you work with at each location. As for me, I was very blessed to be able to work with Iesha Who has been in the storage industry for over 10 years. As I was making my initial rental over the Thanksgiving holiday, I have to give big-time kudos to Iesha Who was able to guide me even though her presence was not physically there. Of course, my moving truck arrived the day after Thanksgiving, but everything went off without a hitch and I have to give all the credit to Iesha. Great experience.

I was on the hunt for someone to empty all of the junk out of our crumbling shed. It's pretty big…read moreand had items in there from long before we've even owned the house. I put the request up on Yelp and David from Swift responded quickly. He came out the very next day to quote us. He took a look around and provided a very reasonable quote. It was hard to tell what was in there since some items we were keeping were still in there too. He gave us a max price, then said he could lower it if we took more out than expected. Once we cleared out what we needed to keep he was able to come out that weekend for us (a holiday weekend, no less!). David arrived with two others to do the clean-out. True to his word he was able to lower the price a little bit and grabbed some large tree limbs we had in the yard as well. They were earlier than stated (called to confirm that was ok, of course) and completed the job in 2 hours IN THE RAIN! They were very nice, came prepared with brooms, etc, to clean up after themselves, and worked quickly and carefully. If we had known how easy David would make this for us we would have done it YEARS ago. I highly recommend David and his crew for your junk removal needs.
