Bring your dogs here if: you want them to be neglected, you want CHILDREN to be the ones caring for…read moreyour dogs, if you want them to be strangled in the cage (because they put all the dogs in the cages WITH THEIR LEASHES STILL ON), you want to deal with a rude unprofessional lady (I say "lady" because the husband is actually quite polite, realistic, and professional. The business would likely do better if he was in charge of it). Here is why I say these things. I have been boarding my two dogs here for over 8 months, on average two weekends a month. The first time I picked my dogs up, they smelled horrible, had fleas (which they didn't have before), and my lab had chewed up her leash, so they replaced it. "Ok, no worries, they probably just hung the leash too close to her cage." The next time, same thing, "Hmm, kinda odd, but they replaced the leash again so no worries." This afternoon it happened a third time, and they replaced the leash with a jump rope, so I inquired further. The husband told me that it was usually the children that let the dogs out, and that they had a habit of leaving the leashes on the dogs. Ok, I pay to have my dogs taken care of by professionals, not children. That's horrible business practice, any way you look at it. I took $15 off of what I payed them, because I have to buy a new leash. The husband said that it was perfectly ok, and looked forward to my returned business, so I let the issue drop. About 15 minutes later, while I was in a pet store buying a new leash, the lady called me, yelling, that I had no right to reduce the amount paid because the leash that got chewed up was her leash...no, no it was not. It was the leash you GAVE me to replace the leash my dog had torn up due to this company's neglect. She then went on to say that my business was no longer welcome. Look, I'm the type who prefers to use mom & pop businesses. I love knowing that my money is going right back into the local economy. Gone to the Dogzz is one of those businesses that give mom & pop places a bad reputation. I strongly recommend NEVER bringing any of your pets here.

Disgusting! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE!! I found this place online and assumed that it…read morewould be a place where the people love animals since they have a grooming business. I was going to leave my boxer with them while I went out of town for the weekend. On the phone the lady said they are not a kennel and they keep the dogs in the home with them. They can play with their children and their dogs. I thought it sounded great until I arrived. I was mortified. Their home looked like something off of the tv show hoarders. There was a horrible smell and junk EVERYWHERE! The lady asked me to go around to the back of the house, and as I began to walk, I saw an animal carcass in their yard!! It was either from a large cat or a small dog. I could not make this up people! As soon as I saw that I ran back to my car with my sweet puppy and got out of there. I love my dog so much and I'm sure you wouldn't want to leave your pets with people like this.
