She will text you if there are any issues, and this last time I went away she text me with pics. It is so comforting when you are away and your animals are at home and happy. I would never take them to a Kennel again, just because your animals are less stressed when you can have them at home and not caged. I never even worry if heaven for bid if they were to get ill, because Melissa will take them to my vet, pay for it and settle up with you when you come back. I can't say enough wonderful things about Peace of Mind Pet Care, because if you are an animal lover like myself your animals are your family. She left coffee stains all over my kitchen counter, cabinets, floor, as well as the coffee table. There were toothpaste stains on the bathroom cabinet. My neighbor never really saw her or my dog and now I'm questioning if she got walks or anything other than the bare minimum of being kept alive. The gen seem to be nice and said that if…read moreanything would happen he would call us and I told him to contact me at anytime. we brought there own food and a brand New bed that we purchased the night before big enough for both of them instead of taking the two smaller beds from home. when we went to pick Chico and Pepe up it was terrible. the minute we walked in you could smell the place. he opened the door to the kennel where he had big fans blowing the smell back away from the door. our dogs were in the Second kennel and whe he opened the door they were huddled in a Conner shaking and withdrawn. they wouldn't even come to me. the floor had a towel on it and the whole floor was wet from urine. he said he threw the new bed away because of the smell! he should have called me before doing so . it was a new bed that I just spent $30 on. he said he threw it away from the smell of urine. if the doges were let out more than once a day they would not urinate in the pen. I pick them up and they smelled horrible!!!!! he never over to pay for the bed nor did he call to ask to what he should do with it. he had no right to do that without paying for it. I had to give bother dogs a bath as soon as we got home. they were timid for a day because of the lack of care for them. be careful of who you trust with your little loved ones. if there not let out properly they have to do there business somewhere. and from my understanding with the rain that week, he only let them out at his convenience. So said they our little boys had to go through this and he threw away a brand new bed because he didn't let them out. Not Happy With His Kennel at all. Mr Daniels

Our crazy black lab has been coming to Wags since she was 6…read moremos. old. While she's energetic now, she was like a cyclone back then! She needed (and still needs) an outlet for her energy. Wags is a great outlet for all dogs, because there's a big playroom where the dogs can mingle, play, run, nap along the walls . They are not confined to crates all day with just potty breaks and short play times. If a dog gets a bit over the top with playing, there's a time out. Our dog used to run with the other crazy puppies; and the older dogs taught her how to be a dog! After two years, she 's still happy at Wags and comes home tired when she's spent her afternoon there. The staff treats her well and is pleasant to me. I like that they keep records and notify us when our dog is due for a shot. Charlie has also spent time at Wags' kennel when we're out of town. She seems to do well at Wags n Wiggles, and for that, I am grateful to everyone!

My husband loved this place, and trusted them fully with our dogs and cats, and I'm following his lead and continuing to bring our furry friends here on a pretty regular basis. They offer "doggie daycare" for a VERY reasonable price, which was a HUGE help after my husband passed. Dogs get outside time, grooming/bathing is available if required, and you just get the feeling that the people here really love and enjoy working with your pet. Even the cats get time outside their cages, which is a bonus!! I also appreciate how they send you pictures/texts to let you see how your pet is doing while you're away. (I'll post some later....) Their pickup/drop off hours are pretty strict, but they do offer some limited weekend hrs., which is quite convenient. The owner's home is on site, which is also very reassuring. Our first visit they transposed my wife's phone number and sent the pictures to another person. The second time we dropped off treats for our pet and they wrote down our requests on how we would like the treats distributed. When we came back the same full bag of treats weren't touched. Why take down instructions and accept the treats if you aren't going to distribute them? Third visit my wife gave the lady at the counter instructions on how she wanted to pay for our pets stay. She took down the credit card number and when I showed up today nothing in the computer and I ended up paying a different way. Why have people go through processes and not follow through? I'm done for a while with this place. Good luck.
