I had been a loyal customer of Natures Cure Pharmacy since 2019 when my son got hospitalized and was sent home with medication's from this pharmacy. But time went on, and I became more ill, having a pharmacy so far away became an inconvenience for me. We live over 70 blocks away from this pharmacy and although they do deliver, sometimes I needed a prescription same day. I was so loyal to this business that I would take two buses to go pick up medication when they did not have a delivery person available. As time went on, and my illness became worse, and my son had more complications from his illnesses, doing this became more difficult. Whenever a medication got changed, I started having it filled at a pharmacy directly across the street from my home. When the pharmacist from Natures Cure, Eddie, found out about this, he became irate! Eddie, the pharmacist, called me and chastised me about using another pharmacy. He angrily scolded me about all the ways in which he had accommodated me and went out of his way to provide service to me. He acted as though he gave me some sort of gift instead of provided a service in which Insurance paid for for which and he gained compensation from. Although I did removed all of my and my son's prescriptions from Natures Cure, I left my oldest child's prescriptions there. When I called today about a camp prescription that needed to be put into blister packs, (needed three weeks from now), I was told that my file was reviewed and they couldn't provide me service. I know the refusal of providing service was retaliatory and it's fine. I longer require their services or nor am I interested in doing any further business with them. What they did is highly unprofessional!! I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone anymore. I realize now they cared as long as I was fattening their pockets, and once that no longer occurred, they became bitter, petty and vindictive. Beware when utilizing this business I wish I had been warned. ZERO STARS!!!

This is a "no frills" pharmacy. They do not have anything exciting just medicine, othotics, and vitamins. When I asked to Pharmacist the prices of my medications (like I am a old person or something lol) he kindly checked everything over. That medicine that was $75 at CVS? Oh well he charged me $18!!!! They do not even have it anywhere in Flushing Chinatown. Ginvera is a brand from Singapore that makes my hair straight and smooth, without having to use anti-frizz products. It smells like green tea and green apple. It is always on sale here. Sure, the ladies at the counter are rushed, rude, and wondering why I am buying eight bottles of the same thing. But, I don't care. Plus, the post office is right around the corner, so I can mail it back to myself without having to check my luggage because it contains liquid.

Fast-forward to today, mid-pandemic, Noam (another pharmacist) reassured me he would do everything in his power to fill my scripts and that everything will be okay.
