What they failed to disclose is that they do not have a Medicare Identification Number, meaning you cannot be reimbursed by Medicare for any purchases made here. I decided to call Rightway to get a feel of what they offer and I was both surprised and impressed. Yvette who is the pharmacist picked up the phone and answered all of my questions with finesse, patience and ease. She was also super friendly and reassuring. Not only do they have our needed medications, but they offer free deliveries to folks in the area. Sweet! The doctor sent my prescription to a pharmacy I've used but turns out they only fill dermatologist prescriptions. The dr tells me to call the pharmacy and have them send it to another pharmacy to make things quicker. I call the pharmacy and they say protocol is the receiving pharmacy should call to retrieve the scripts. I call Bergen ave drugs as it's next to where I live, and explain the situation. I asked them to call SIP ave pharmacy to retrieve the prescription for me and fill it. The man on the phone asked me what the name of the medication was but I was unsure. He said "so you don't know the name?" As if I didn't just say that I didn't know the name of the medication. He went on to say I should find out the name so he doesn't waste his time. So I asked, in disbelief, "so you can't call them to get the prescription for me?" He repeated the fact that it will be a waste of time if I don't know the name. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I told him I'll use a different pharmacy. A waste of time ?!?! I can't believe he said that. I'm sorr, I thought u were paid to be at work, my apologies for trying to get a pain medication filled while I'm at work and in massive pain. I won't ever waste this pharamacys time again. I usually go in there to purchase little things here and there because it's not a chain pharmacy but a neighborhood one, and I like that. but at this point I'd rather go to CVS or Walgreens, they wouldn't think helping me is a waste of time.
