I had sent a refill for two prescriptions only for one of them to get filled. I couldn't pick up either because there was one pharmacy technician scheduled when I came in to pick up my prescription. I didn't pick up any of them because after waiting for 15 minutes and having two more people ahead of me, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. Also, that's not very fair to the pharmacy technician to only have herself scheduled and when asking for help, the store associate had said he was not trained in pharmacy.
