I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive,…read moreand it felt like customer service was the last thing on their priority list. I was told the medication was in progress and to come back until after 2 (little did I know they cared more about their lunch break than customers health! As I left, I received a phone call stating that my Rx was ready, so I came back and when I was in the drive thru, they took care of the car Infront of me and did not open the window for me because they were out to lunch. On top of that, I went in instead spoke to the Pharmacist and she told me it has to go through a system and she was unable to fill it? and her register is down for lunch, and she cannot fill the medication. A pharmacy should be a place where accuracy, professionalism, and basic courtesy are guaranteed, especially when it comes to people's health. Unfortunately, this location failed on all counts. We are talking about my 1-year child who is severely sick and a terrible ear infection. I would not recommend this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere. By looking at the reviews on here I can't even find one positive one. Seems like we are all complaining about the same thing. This is one of the WORST pharmacies I've been too.

The staff and pharmacist are super slow and could care less how long you wait. 4 staff members behind the pharmacy the cash registers and ONLY one is helping customers at both drive thru and in store. They ALWAYS screw up with my insurance and cancel refills without a phone call to why. Constantly overcharged because again screw ups with insurance. Pharmacist sometimes decides not to come to work and pharmacy is closed. This has happen multiple times when I went to pick up a prescription I'm done with Walgreens!!!!!

Nothing. I have cashed in many tickets over the years, In many places. Whoever I give the ticket to they usually scratch off the code they have to scan. The cashier told me I had to scratch it off myself. Never had to do this before. There is no such thing as good customer service in Woodlane Pharmacy. I will never go there again and I will get the word out. I know good customer service and I also know a lot of people in Old Bridge.

I never stepped inside so that's how putrid it was! I had to take a star away for this. This one could use some brighter lights to give it a cheerier feel. It does have some interesting products like the Better Goods Walmart brand. The frozen gnocchi is quite good and so are the chippies made with avocado oil. Not all of the chippies are as healthy so check the ingredients carefully. There is a FedEx and Subway inside for convenience and shoppers find it convenient to stop at Subway for a lunch break. I found it was just okay.

I pressed the button in the paint section, and unlike before, I received immediate assistance. The associate was helpful, and I was in and out quickly without any unnecessary hassle. It's clear this store is better managed and customer-focused. I'm giving four stars because while the experience was great, there's always room for improvement--but compared to North Brunswick, this place is a breath of fresh air.
