Excellent customer service each time in this store.,. It's appreciate that they are always willing to help

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and it felt like customer service was the last thing on their priority list. I was told the medication was in progress and to come back until after 2 (little did I know they cared more about their lunch break than customers health! As I left, I received a phone call stating that my Rx was ready, so I came back and when I was in the drive thru, they took care of the car Infront of me and did not open the window for me because they were out to lunch. On top of that, I went in instead spoke to the Pharmacist and she told me it has to go through a system and she was unable to fill it? and her register is down for lunch, and she cannot fill the medication. A pharmacy should be a place where accuracy, professionalism, and basic courtesy are guaranteed, especially when it comes to people's health. Unfortunately, this location failed on all counts. We are talking about my 1-year child who is severely sick and a terrible ear infection. I would not recommend this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere. By looking at the reviews on here I can't even find one positive one. Seems like we are all complaining about the same thing. This is one of the WORST pharmacies I've been too. read more

I was waiting on the carline for the pharmacy. The car in front of me left and I pulled up. They closed the window and didn't say anything, so I continued sitting there, thinking they would be back, until I noticed the sign saying they close for lunch at 1:30. Fair enough, but it wasn't even 1:30 yet (and I was sitting there like an idiot for at least 5 minutes)! Then they couldn't help me with a prescription that is out of stock (that I tried to fill 3 days ago) and told me I was welcome to try finding it in other CVS stores when I explained that I was out and asked them to for a different dosage of the same medication. Horrible customer service. I miss Walgreens! They were actually willing to try and help their customers. Stupid insurance issues... If you have a choice, do not choose this pharmacy! read more

Minute clinic my &$$ waiting over an hr with appointment, don't go here unless you do not value your time...

The staff here are super nice and always willing to help. Once I was looking for something and I was on the phone telling a friend how I couldn't find it. Well the manager, I think....young cutie, heard me, went and got it and just handed it to me. The other day I was buying vitamins and all the others in the brand were buy one get one free. When I asked the pharmacy if the ones I wanted were also buy one get one she asked the manager and she said no but just to modify it bc all the others were. The dr in minute clinic is also extremely friendly. Went for the flu shot which I surprisingly didn't wait long at all. Must have gone at a perfect time. Cvs is clean and organized for the most part. Great place!! read more

If you love wasting your time this is the place for you. Pharmacy is so slow and always results in a very long wait.

I moved recently around this area and had my prescriptions sent to this location. Yesterday was my second time picking up a prescription I've been taking for a year now and this was the second time they've given me a hard time. They take FOREVER to fill it and they try and push the more expensive brand on you even though your doctor has never given it to you. I really liked the CVS Pharmacy in Neptune on Asbury Ave but unfortunately don't live by there anymore. Do yourself a favor and just go to another pharmacy. read more

Customers service is the worst I've ever experienced. When I entered looking for aspirin the gentlemen with the lisp made me wait 9 minutes while being on a personal call. No apology or compassion. Shame on you CVS for having poor customer service read more

This is the second time that I have gone into this place for the Minute Clinic and there was no one waiting. Once again they were too busy to take us. The reason was on the first visit that they were closing in 10 minutes,mind you there was no one waiting. The second visit,the lady said she wouldn't take us for 30 minutes because she was eating her lunch. I guess it doesn't matter if your arm is squirting blood or your dying or whatever. Keep in mind, this was on a Sunday and their hours on Sunday are minimal,so really she should not have a lunch break per se. I mean after all you're a medical professional ? If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only does the minute clinic suck,but their store as a whole sucks as well. No one is ever willing to help at CVS. If you go to Walgreens they are so helpful in every one I have gone to. CVS Had better learn fast because Walgreens has got it right. read more

Met with a nurse practitioner. Asked for my symptoms and plugged them into the computer. I explained that this is a reoccurring URI I get and requested a prescription for antibiotic. Completely ignored my comments and refused antibiotics. I questioned her and she became angry and stated she was a professional and knew what was best for me. Asked me if I would question my primary care physician and I responded yes I would if I disagreed with him as well. Told me she did not appreciate my attitude and said sometimes the doctor does not do what is best for the patient. I do not feel I received any medical care from this clinic. She basically plugged in info and responded to the result given by the program she was using. She disregarded all of my comments pertaining to my past medical history. I was charged the co-pay for a specialist visit and left to call my primary care to set up an appointment. Total waste of money and very unpleasant personal experience. It occurred to me that the woman that left as I was checking in looked pretty unhappy as well. Seems like a cookie cutter situation and I would definitely not recommend it. Go see a real doctor. read more
