If there is something that you need but they do not carry in store, within 24 hours of requesting it, it will be there on the shelves. When we bring our prescriptions there, I feel like I have put my family's health in the hands of family as well, albeit very professional family! I'm sure there are 15 chain pharmacies between my home and Park Plaza, however I choose Park Plaza in a heartbeat. Mind you they do not have the 24 hour convenience of the big chains, however I find it incredibly rare that I would need something at 3am anyway. I'll wait for them to open in the morning, because they also open their hearts to you. And that's something that the chains will never do. Well, they do have two self-checkout machines next to the cashier. Pharmacy is usually the busiest area among the store, the wait time is within 10 min, if you have 4 people ahead of you. The store is clean and quiet. People seem to come here for designated items and prescription, in and out. I am here to use my coupon today, so I have opportunity to check out each isle when I try to get inspirational. There are many discounts toward various item, and they are 95% fully stocked for off-the-shelf items. As of pharmacy, Claritin-D is out of stock, and Covid-19' home test kit is out of stock for this location. When you have one manufacturer coupon and one cvs store coupon toward the same single product, the store honors both coupons at the same transaction, which is very good for the customer. But if you have two cvs coupons on one same item, you can only use one at a time.
