I had sent a refill for two prescriptions only for one of them to get filled. I couldn't pick up either because there was one pharmacy technician scheduled when I came in to pick up my prescription. I didn't pick up any of them because after waiting for 15 minutes and having two more people ahead of me, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. Also, that's not very fair to the pharmacy technician to only have herself scheduled and when asking for help, the store associate had said he was not trained in pharmacy. This is hard for me to believe as a customer of over 20 years that customer service had fallen so much, but here I am writing a review to express my dissatisfaction

My husband suffered cardiac arrest in June 2024 and was revived after 18 minutes. He is a walking MIRACLE and takes 13 medications per day to keep him alive now. When the astronomical costs of some of his pills gets too overwhelming, they work with the doctors, pharmaceutical companies and us to find the BEST options. The world says bigger is better, but I disagree.......they are a small pharmacy but they are GIGANTIC in SMILES, SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE! Unfortunately, what I witnessed completely overshadowed that positive experience. An older male employee was yelling and using profanity toward a teenage employee with curly hair. It was heartbreaking to watch. The young employee appeared to be doing his best, and no one--especially someone who may be working their first job--deserves to be belittled or cursed at in front of customers. I sincerely hope HR or upper management reviews who they have in leadership at this location. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Watching an adult speak to a young worker that way was shocking and completely unacceptable. This is someone's child, and no one should have to endure that kind of treatment at work.

Well, they do have two self-checkout machines next to the cashier. Pharmacy is usually the busiest area among the store, the wait time is within 10 min, if you have 4 people ahead of you. The store is clean and quiet. People seem to come here for designated items and prescription, in and out. I am here to use my coupon today, so I have opportunity to check out each isle when I try to get inspirational. There are many discounts toward various item, and they are 95% fully stocked for off-the-shelf items. As of pharmacy, Claritin-D is out of stock, and Covid-19' home test kit is out of stock for this location. When you have one manufacturer coupon and one cvs store coupon toward the same single product, the store honors both coupons at the same transaction, which is very good for the customer. But if you have two cvs coupons on one same item, you can only use one at a time.
