Plus my regular family dr. I am a long time pain management patient and was having some difficulty in getting one of my medications. He said he was opening up another Pro Care pharmacy on Amboy road and that he had 4 stores so if one of his stores was out of the particular medication then he would transfer it to one of his other locations. No problem at all he could help me get my meds no problem. He even gave me his private cell phone number and to give him a call when I was ready to transfer all my prescriptions to his businesses. I take controlled meds and uncontrolled medicine. Well to sum it up I called him up and he informed me that he would not be able to help me with my prescriptions. I went into the new Pro Care pharmacy to have a conversation but the one woman pharmacist didn't seem to recognize his name. She said that I should come back on a Friday when the pharmacist who only deals with controlled medications. I don't know what is going on at Pro Care pharmacies but I'm extremely disappointed in this young man who said his name was Mario and that he would help me with all my medications. Something seems off and doesn't seem to kosher to me. Thank goodness I didn't leave my present drugstore because I would be up a creek without a paddle nor without many of my medications. Why are legitimate pain patients treated so poorly?
